She's on the hunt for a new nest now that she's got a bun in the oven!

Lauren Conrad just listed her Pacific Palisades, California, home for $5.2 million, Page Six reports. The former reality star purchased the Spanish-style mansion in April 2015 for $4.4 million and did some extensive renovations.

The estate sits on nearly 1.5 acres and has 5,871 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

In addition to a large yard and a sparkling pool, there is plenty of space for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. There are formal living room and dining rooms, along with an informal dining area and a family room with a vaulted and beamed ceiling.

Dirt reports that the starlet has a real estate portfolio worth an estimated $20 million, which includes two homes in her hometown of Laguna Beach, along with a duplex penthouse in Beverly Hills and a $3.65 million Brentwood home which she purchased a little over two years ago.

It's Joe Francis' casa!

Kylie Jenner and Tyga are currently enjoying a romantic Mexican vacation here with pals, and it's doubtful the Girls Gone Wild founder is making her pay, although staying at his pad usually costs a fortune!

The K clan are good friends with Francis and his wife Abbey Wilson, and Kim, Kourtney, Kendall and Kris have all stayed there before, too.

The beachfront retreat is apparently the only 5-star private residence in the town, and after being renovated three years ago, it's attracted a slew of rich and famous folks.

Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Eva Longoria, John Mayer, Lance Bass, Mario Lopez, Orlando Bloom, Sheryl Crow and Vince Vaughn are among the other stars who have kicked back at the property.

According to the property's website, Aramara is the goddess of life for the Huichol Indians, who originally occupied the land where Casa Aramara now sits.

The resort is spread across three separate villas with four oceanfront king suites, four garden villa double rooms, one guest villa master suite, one guest villa king room, one guest villa double room, one guest triple room. The base rate from July 15th is September 30th is $15,000 with a five night minimum, but over the holidays that rate jumps to $30,000 a night with a seven night minimum. Yowza!

Guests are spoiled rotten with 24/7 service (including an on-call doctor!), and they have full access to the beaches at the Four Seasons and St. Regis Resorts in Punta Mita along with a private stretch of beach in front of the property's infinity pool. There's a 20 person movie theater, and while there isn't a restaurant on site, there are five-star chefs who are capable of whipping up anything on a moment's notice.

Ahh, the perks of being filthy rich... you get things for free!
