Rob Pattinson Checks Out $3.4 Million Brooklyn Townhome

pattinson-house-main.jpg

In January Rob Pattinson unloaded his Los Feliz compound for $6.375 million, and after renting a Beverly Hills mansion for most of the year, he finally dropped $2.17 million on a modest Spanish-style home in the Hollywood Hills last month. We thought it was odd that the Twilight star was downsizing from his 4,000-square-foot pad to one with just two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but it appears as though the actor is looking for a residence on the east coast too. Now it all makes a bit more sense!

According to The New York Post, Pattinson recently checked out this $3.4 million townhouse in Brooklyn's Vinegar Hill neighborhood, which was extensively renovated by the current owner. The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex has a 2-3 car garage that is currently being used as a guest apartment, and though it was built in 1925, the upgrades seem well worth the price tag. The chef’s kitchen has stainless steel Wolf and Subzero appliances, and the master bath has heated flooring and a large walk-in shower.

The home has a milled steel and oak staircase, exposed brick, wide plank oak floors, skylights and there's even a large private roof terrace with city views. If Rob does end up purchasing this pad, you can bet he'll be getting a lot of visits from lady love FKA Twigs!

jobro1pic-cd-111714.jpg

Now that they're grown up there's no need to be all under one roof!

The Jonas Brothers bought this Texas mansion back in 2008 to be a home for their entire family, but after branching out on their own in recent years, they decided to list it for $3.4 million before dropping the price by $200K earlier this month in hopes of finding a buyer.

Located in Westlake, the two story ranch-style abode boasts 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, as well as a formal living room, gourmet kitchen, media room, game room, and music room.

The property is part of the Vaquero Club community, which offers private tennis courts, pools, a clubhouse, and a golf course for $4700 a year in addition to the price of the residence.

Paris Hilton Picks Up Stunning $4.9 Million New York City Penthouse

paris-hilton-main.jpg

It's a PH for PH!

Paris Hilton dropped $4.9 million on an ultra-modern penthouse in New York City, and from the city views to the gorgeous interiors, this pad looks absolutely perfect for the heiress. Of course, all of the images above are artist renderings (that just blew our minds), but we have a feeling this is exactly how Hilton would want the place to look.

The apartment has 2,396 square feet of interior space and 905 square feet of deck space, and though it was originally listed for $6.25 million, the price later dropped to $5.25 million, so it looks like Miss P was able to get quite the deal.

The Broadway McKenna Building was built as a warehouse in 1867, but after a remodel job by Karl Fischer and Andres Escobar, the structure has been completely transformed. According to the building's website, this unit is a "rare and impressive full floor loft condominium," and the elevator opens directly into the entrance foyer of the home. Inside there are oversized windows, skylights, wide-plank Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors, a modern fireplace surrounded by white calcatta marble and recessed LED lighting fixtures in the ceilings.

Between this and her Beverly Hills mansion, it looks like P has the best real estate on both coasts!

Teresa And Joe Giudice Slash Price On New Jersey Mansion By $500K

teresa-giudice-main-cd.jpg

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe listed their New Jersey home for $3,999,000 in September, but they just slashed the price by a whopping $500K in hopes of finding a buyer before they head to the slammer! The pair plead guilty to 41 counts of fraud earlier this month, so Teresa will serve 15 months starting January 5, and Joe will serve 41 months after she finishes.

The couple purchased the home for $530,000 in 2001, but they didn't move in until 2008, after they completely gutted the place and increased the 5,000-square-foot property to a whopping 10,044 square feet.

The stone and stucco home sits on over 3.5 acres of land, and according to listing info there are 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. There is a two-story entrance with double Cinderella staircases, and from the castle-like exterior of the home to the gaudy interior decor (lots of gold and marble), this home is anything but simple and modern.

The great room features a large wood burning fireplace, and there's a balcony upstairs that overlooks the space. The master bedroom has three custom walk-in closets and a gas fireplace, and the master bath has onyx tile, a steam shower, and a soaking tub.

Their new digs are going to be a lot smaller and made out of concrete!

lohan-nyc-new-home-main.jpg

As soon as she wraps up her performance of "Speed-the-Plow" in London later this month, Lindsay Lohan will be moving back to New York City, and according to TMZ, she'll be settling into this posh pad in the Financial District. Not bad!

Lilo will be living with her little sister Ali in the $2 million high-rise condo, and while it's a bit on the compact side (the 2-bedroom units are no more than 1200 square feet), the building boasts a ton of amenities, including 24-hour concierge service, maid service, a fancy fitness center, a media room and a private rooftop terrace.

There are a total of 223 units at the W, and they start on the 23rd floor and rise to the 56th floor. According to the W Residences website, "This is the first globally-branded luxury hotel and residences of its size and scale in downtown New York, and the first W Hotel with a residential component in Manhattan."

It looks pretty nice -- hopefully Lilo doesn't trash the place!
