Robin Thicke And Estranged Wife Paula Patton List Hollywood Home For Nearly $3 Million

robin-thicke-house-main.jpg

Robin Thicke and estranged wife Paula Patton have put their Hollywood Hills home on the market for $2,985,000. Guess that puts those reconciliation rumors to rest!

Robin's father Alan Thicke purchased the home in 1990 for $910,000, and in 2005 he deeded it over to his son. The two-story home was originally built in 1965, and it has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sits on a .29-acre lot.

Inside the 3,158-square-foot pad is nothing special, but it has pretty awesome views and a pool, so perhaps with a little bit of remodeling this could be someone's dream home. I mean, for Pete's sake, there are TILE FLOORS throughout the kitchen and bedroom!

Jillian Michaels Sells Hollywood Hills Home For $2.15 Million

jillian2picpostCD.jpg

She just dropped a lot of weight, but this time it's from her real estate portfolio!

Jillian Michaels listed her gated Hollywood Hills home for $2.45 million back in May 2013, but she must have had trouble finding a buyer, because she slashed the price in May to $2.14 million and finally just sold it for $2.15 million.

The Biggest Loser trainer purchased the place back in 2008 for $1.56 million, so she still made a pretty hefty profit off the sale.

The 2,701 square-foot estate boasts 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a gourmet kitchen, spacious living room, master suite, and office. The property also comes with stunning city views, a pool, a security system, and a pre-wired sound system. It's a little surprising there is no gym!

The fitness guru and her partner Heidi Rhodes are now parents to two young children, and they are reportedly moving to Malibu for a quieter lifestyle.

Fun fact - Reza from Shahs of Sunset was the listing agent!

Andy Samberg Buys Historic Hollywood Home For $6.25 Million

This past April former Saturday Night Live funny man Andy Samberg and lady love Joanna Newsom closed on Moorcrest, the Beachwood Canyon home where Charlie Chaplin once lived, according to the LA Times. Way to keep that one under wraps, guys!

The 6,400-square-foot home was designed by Marie Russak Hotchener in the 1920s, which in and of itself is rather notable, and not only did Chaplin rent the place, but shortly after that, actress Mary Astor's mother and father, Otto and Helen Langhanke, purchased the home and lived there with their famous daughter for nearly ten years.

The recently-restored home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and key features include leaded stained-glass windows, copper and marble baseboards, custom cabinetry, hand-painted frescos and elaborate mosaic tiles. The home sits on .85 acres of land, and from the gardens to the pool, it has just about everything one could possibly want.
