Jimmy Kimmel Reveals The Neighbors Weren't Thrilled Kendall Jenner Moved Into Their Weho Neighborhood

She shouldn't expect any housewarming gifts!

Kendall Jenner plunked down a whopping $6.5 million to buy Emily Blunt and John Krasinski's West Hollywood mansion last month, and last night during her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the talk show host told the model that her neighbors were less than pleased that she moved into the neighborhood. How would he know? He lives across the street!

"Our neighbors were up in arms when you moved onto the block. There was a whole thing with emails that went on. It was bad," he confessed to the cat walker. Awkward! "No! Bad?" she replied, to which he responded,"Yeah! I mean, before you got there … The neighbors all seemed to blame me for this development."

It makes sense, because everywhere the Vogue cover star goes, the paparazzi follow! "I know I've caused a lot of ruckus on our street. I have stalkers. There is a lot going on," she admitted.

Her 4,800 square-foot modern residence boasts six bedrooms, as well as natural wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor/outdoor spaces, and a large pool in the backyard. The lot size isn't that big at only .36 acres, which may explain why the model got such a good deal.

She should leave some gifts on their doorsteps as a peace offering. Kylie Lipkits, perhaps?

Their new residence, located in the Belle Meade community, boasts 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, along with a screened in porch, double heighted foyer, and fireplaces throughout. The grounds feature expansive lawns and incredible views.

So why Tennessee? "Someone like that could live anywhere,” real estate broker Steve Fridrich told The Tennessean. “They understand what’s going on in Nashville and want to be part of it.”

The former The View co-host is now on Fox & Friends morning talk show, and her QB hubby is now an ESPN sports analyst. They have three children.

We're slightly shocked he didn't build a wall around this place!

Donald Trump's former Beverly Hills home just hit the market for a whopping $30 million, the LA Times reports. The Republican presidential nominee purchased the property in 2008 for $10.3 million, flipped it, and sold it in 2009 for a loss at $9.9 million.

The good news? The combover-loving business mogul still owns the residence next door, so if you're a big fan, you can always stop by for a cup of sugar.

The 15,000 square-foot Greek-revival mansion, built in 1981, boasts 11 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, as well as a gourmet kitchen, den/office, formal living and dining room, a sauna, swimming pool, and tennis and basketball courts.

This pad is YUGE!

Gisele Bundchen And Tom Brady Shell Out More Than $20 Million For New Tribeca Pad

They're trading up!

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen just forked over more than $20 million for a luxury apartment that is still being built in NYC's Tribeca neighborhood, the New York Post reports. The couple plan to get rid of their 3,300-square-foot digs at One Madison tower in New York City’s Flatiron district.

Their new residence, located at 70 Vestry Street, has 5 bedrooms and boasts more than 5,000 square-feet, along with a sprawling terrace and breathtaking views of Manhattan. The supermodel and the football star were reportedly drawn to the building because of the gated entrance, which they can drive into without being seen from the street.

Building amenities include an 82-foot-long indoor lap pool, separate children’s pool along with hot and cold plunge pools, a regulation squash court, and cycling, yoga and pilates studios.

There is also a café, library, billiards room, and private dining suite with adjoining lounge for residents to enjoy. Those homeowner's fees must be insane!

The Brady bunch used to own a home in Brentwood, which they sold to Dr. Dre for $40 million in 2014. They also sold their swanky Boston penthouse for $9.2 million in mid-2012.

Considering their joint incomes, we'd say this purchase didn't exactly break the bank, but it certainly put a dent in their pocketbooks!
