Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z have reportedly scooped up a historic mansion in New Orleans’ Garden District, reports Curbed.
The structure was built in 1925, but it was a Presbyterian church and a ballet school before it was turned into a private residence. The home was last listed for $2.6 million, and the website reports that a company with ties to Beyonce took ownership of the pad last January. Way to keep it under the radar!
The 13,292-square-foot estate has 26-foot ceilings and three 1,000-square-foot apartments, and though some of the cabinetry and flooring is dated, we have a feeling the billion dollar couple could fix this place up in a heartbeat. In addition to a number of sitting rooms, there is a library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, and according listing info, a certain Grammy winner said the “acoustics and vibes are great. I did my best writing ever, while watching the sunset from the rooftop garden.”

Anthony Kiedis purchased this Sunset Strip home for $3.6 million less than two years ago, and it's already back on the market for $4.3 million ... Talk about a red hot real estate investment! Well, if the musician can get the asking price, that is...
Kiedis bought the place from famed decorator Waldo Fernandez, who purchased the home in June 2012 for $2.4 million and flipped it. Listing info indicates that a “brand new open commercial kitchen” was recently installed, so it seems as though the Red Hot Chili Peppers rocker made a few additional improvements.
The 2,769-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and features 14 ft ceilings, French doors, a formal dining room, hardwood floors, iron railed balconies, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and stunning city views. There are grassy paths outside and a swimming pool, and the estate sits behind a massive wall. Seems small, but still pretty dreamy!

We had no idea he had a place this fancy!
Lenny Kravitz has listed his Paris residence for lease for €175,000 per month, which is approximately $200,000 USD, reports Dirt. And that's the price for a long term lease -- the abode can also be rented on a month to month basis for about $250,000.
The 16,000-square-foot home has 7 bedrooms and occupies four stories, and though it was originally built in the 1920s, it was rather extensively remodeled in 2008. There's a giant living room that opens up to a garden, and in addition to an elevator there are four kitchens. Yes, you read that right. FOUR.

Ashton Kutcher decided to remodel his childhood home in Homestead, Iowa for his mom Diane -- talk about a sweet Mother's Day surprise! Ashton said it's been his lifelong dream to do this, adding, "It's my way of saying thank you to my mom. My mom has been like the greatest influence in my life, and anything I can do to say thank you is the right thing to do." Awww!
Ashton, who welcomed daughter Wyatt Isabelle late last year, wanted to create a space where he and his siblings could bring their kids to visit. "I want to make it fit for the next generation," the actor explained.
Ashton wasn't able to be there for all of the construction, so he used the home-remodeling app Houzz to plan the new design and do it remotely. Ashton is an investor in the company, and the whole thing was documented for an online series on the Houzz.com website. The work took 27 days to complete, and Kutcher said, "We're tearing the entire house apart so if my mom doesn't like it, somebody's in big trouble."
So aside from making the residence a bit more modern, what else did the actor do? One of the bedrooms was outfitted with a number of bunkbeds, and the living area was completely transformed, with a higher ceiling and a fancy fireplace.
So how did Ashton's mom react? Check out the video below to see!
