He wants a pretty penny for all his touch-ups!
Adam Levine bought this Beverly Hills mansion in October 2012 for $4.8 million, and after a couple years of extensive renovations, he has decided to list it for a whopping $17.5 million, Variety reports.
Located right above Benedict Canyon, the 7,100 square-foot pad was completely redesigned by Mark Haddawy and exudes “architectural perfection and timeless style," according to the listing.
It boasts 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, as well as a media room, gym, library, a car collector's garage, a swimming pool and a champion-sized tennis court.
The Maroon 5 frontman and his pregnant wife Behati Prinsloo must be selling their real estate so they can search for a more family-friendly residence, as they offloaded another LA home for $3.5 million in 2013 and a NYC loft for $5.5 million earlier this year.
He stands to make a pretty profit off this place!

Pink and husband Carey Hart listed their Malibu home for $14 million in June 2015 before taking it off the market this past February, but they just decided to slash the price by $1 million and re-list. It can now be yours for $12.9 million!
The estate sits on 1.2 acres of land and has private beach access, and in addition to a pool, there is a stone veranda in the backyard as well. The home has 6,800 square feet of living space, and there are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. There are spacious family and dining rooms, and there is a bar adjacent to the kitchen, which has two islands, two ovens, two dishwashers and a fireplace. Fancy!
Pink and her hubby bought the property six years ago for $11.85 million.

The King of Pop had pretty eclectic taste!
Michael Jackson rented this Las Vegas home in the years before his death, and now it has hit the market for $9.5 million! It was listed in August 2014 for $19.5 million, so they're clearly having trouble finding a buyer.
The late singer resided at the 24,000 square-foot residence from 2007-2009, while he was rehearsing for his Sin City show The One. The controversial crooner moved into the estate upon his return from Bahrain, where he had been hiding out to avoid public scrutiny following his child molestation trial.
The weird part? MJ chose to live in the guest villa rather than the main house!
Known as Hacienda Palomino, the place was originally built in Mexico before being taken to Nevada and re-assembled on 1.7 acres with free ranging horses, a 74 seat medieval chapel, and a secret art vault. After the Grammy winner's untimely death, his estimated $600 million art collection mysteriously vanished and has never been found.
The owner of the property is an El Salvadorian diplomat.

It's the end of an era!
The Playboy mansion is in escrow with a sale price of reportedly more than $100 million, multiple outlets report. The buyer is Hef's next door neighbor Daren Metropoulos, who plans on completely gutting and refurbishing the inside but leaving the iconic exterior intact. It was originally listed for sale for a whopping $200 million back in January, but real estate sources never expected it to fetch that price.
Hugh Hefner won't be leaving just yet. though! The buyer must allow the nudie mag head honcho a "life estate," meaning that he can remain in the home until his death.
"This is the right time to seek a buyer for this incredible property who understands the role the Mansion has played for our brand and enables us to continue to reinvest in the transformation of our business. The Playboy Mansion has been a creative center for Hef as his residence and workplace for the past 40 years, as it will continue to be if the property is sold," Playboy Enterprises CEO, Scott Flanders said in a statement when it hit the market.
Playboy Enterprises, not Hef, owns the pad, so they undoubtedly will make a pretty penny off the sale!

She's saying hellooooooo to the other side... of the pond!
Adele just shelled out a whopping $9.5 million for this Beverly Hills mansion, TMZ reports. The seller was originally asking $9.9 million. The 6,500 square-foot home is located in the same gated community as Jennifer Lawrence, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, Cameron Diaz, and a host of other A-list celebs.
The Grammy winner's new residence boasts 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, along with two formal living rooms and a formal dining room. The master has two closets and a "bonus" room, which we would assume was a sitting area.
The backyard features a pool, spa, outdoor train set, and a treehouse. Perfect for her little toddler Angelo!
