With enough money, you can own a piece of Motown history!
Smokey Robinson's former Encino estate just hit the market with an asking price of $5.9 million. The music legend sold the property in 2002 to tech entrepreneur Mike Greenfeld and his wife Judy, who made extensive renovations to the place.
Built in 1880, the classic Colonial was moved from its original L.A. location to its current location in 1912. It still blows our mind you can relocate a whole house!
The 6,556 square-foot abode boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, as well as formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, restored original moldings, steam showers, fireplaces and walk-in closets. Other perks include a gym/dance studio, wine cellar, home theater, and a sauna.
The grounds feature well watered lawns, a swimming pool and spa, a meditation garden, and a putting green.
The "Cruisin" crooner has been living a Chatsworth pad since 2002, but he just listed it on the market for $7 million. He's quite the rolling stone!

Billy Ray Cyrus has put his family's Toluca Lake mansion on the market for $5.995 million, and we're very curious as to why! He owns several properties in Nashville and daughter Miley has two of her own pads nearby, so either he's looking to upgrade or something is going on with the family...
The "Achy Breaky Heart" singer purchased the 8,700-square-foot-pad in 2007 for $5.8 million, but at the time of purchase the square footage was listed as 8,200, so it seems as though he added a few upgrades.
The walled and gated has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and it sits on a .62 acre lot. There's a lush lawn, a pool and a small skate ramp, and while the inside of the home is packed with tons of awesome features like a movie theater, a car and gorgeous chef's kitchen, the decor in some spots is a bit weird. Still, we love the beams and floors, so perhaps with a little bit of re-design work, the Tuscan-style home would be stunning?

He got himself a bachelor pad!
Matt Bellamy purchased this Malibu home from talk show host Adam Carolla for $3.6 million. The on-air personality first listed the property over the summer for $4.5 million, and the Muse frontman closed on the deal this past December. Carolla bought the abode back in 2007 for $3.6 million, so he broke even on the sale.
Located on Point Dume and sitting on 1.76 acres, the 2,810-square foot 1950's ranch house boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as an open floor plan and frameless glass walls and windows. There is also a detached, one bedroom and bathroom guest house. Maybe ex Kate Hudson can stay there if they keep up the friendly co-parenting!
The grounds feature a tiled terrace with sweeping ocean views, as well as a pool and spa.
Celebrity neighbors include Gwyneth Paltrow and/or Chris Martin, Julia Roberts, Matthew McConaughey, Cheryl Hines and Robert Kennedy Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Bob Dylan, and Martin Sheen.
Up until this point, the musician had been staying with his actress baby mama at her palatial spread in the Pacific Palisades just a short distance away.

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks sold her Georgia home a few months ago, and while it looks pretty nice on the inside, keep in mind that this is not Southern California real estate pricing -- the reality star *only* took in $349,000!
Phaedra purchased the home in 2001 for $322,000, and she listed it back in August. The 4,000-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and there isn't a pool, but there is a decent-sized deck and a bar area in the downstairs kitchen.
According to property records, Phaedra also owns an estate in Athens, and she's a successful attorney, so it's not like her hubby Apollo Nida's financial woes will affect her too much. Nida started his 8-year prison sentence for money laundering and check fraud late last year, and seeing as the two are set to divorce, it came as no surprise that she was looking to unload one of her homes...

Now that he's gonna be dad, he no longer needs his bachelor pad!
Evan Ross is expecting a baby with new wife Ashlee Simpson, so that might be the reason he just listed his Sunset Strip home for $1.49 million. The Hunger Games actor purchased the place back in 2012 for $1.35 million under a trust.
The 1,686 square-foot single story residence boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sits on a .16 acre of land on a cul-de-sac on Sunset Plaza Drive. The abode also has a formal dining room, living room, gourmet kitchen, 2-car garage, and an expansive back yard with a koi pond, swimming pool and jacuzzi, and built-in barbecue.
Maybe the young couple is moving to Calabasas to be closer to Auntie Jessica?
