Kylie Jenner Moves Into Her New $12 Million Hidden Hills Home

Kylie Jenner has moved house!

The teen has officially moved into her new $12 million mansion in Hidden Hills, Calif. Amazingly enough, this is the reality star's fourth home purchase since 2015 -- she's quite the real estate mogul!

While Kylie may own many homes, given the moving vans in front of the Cape Cod-style home, which has been decorated with some spooky Halloween decor, the plethora of empty moving boxes in the backyard and the fact that this house is by far the most lavish of all the homes she's purchased, this is definitely the one that Ky will actually live in.

And what a home it is! We also have to say we love the Halloween decorations! That's one big tarantula!

The pricey pad boasts a 13,200-square foot home, complete with eight bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, home theater, game room and pool. This house is the 19-year-old Kylie's fourth home. Wow! That's a lot of homes for a teenager! We guess those Lip Kits are giving her some big bucks!

Her nearby neighbors include Angelina Jolie, who just moved in with the kids amid her divorce from Brad Pitt, sisters Khloe and Kourtney and Jennifer Lopez.

The K clan have a new, super famous neighbor!

Angelina Jolie "moved overnight" from the $95K-a-month Malibu rental she's been staying at to this $30K-a-month Hidden Hills mansion right down the road from the Kardashians, Entertainment Tonight reports.

The actress and her kids will hunker down here to weather the media storm stemming from the the bombshell divorce filing. Brad Pitt, who will get supervised visitation with the children until October 20 per a temporary custody agreement, is believed to be staying at his Los Feliz compound.

The 8,000 square-foot home, listed for sale at $6.895 million, is just one mile down the road from Kimye's colossal pad. Kris and Kylie Jenner also own residences in the same gated community.

Perks of their new 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom hideout include two swimming pools, a large cabana complete with an outdoor kitchen, and a wine cellar. This place doesn't really have the vibe we thought she'd go for, but it seems like privacy is her primary concern!

You Can Buy Johnny Depp's Cluster Of Downtown LA Condos For $12.7 Million

They are going to have to look for a very specific buyer for these!

Johnny Depp is unloading his cluster of five separate condos on the top level of the Eastern Columbia building in downtown LA, and he wants $12.7 for all of them! The actor purchased the pads in a series of transactions between 2007 and 2008 for a grand total of about $7.2 million.

There are four two-bedroom units up for grabs, as well as a one-bedroom unit. You can buy them individually or all together. They add up to a combined 11,500 square-feet of living space, but have been kept separate rather than combined. The Pirates of the Caribbean star used them as more "rooms in a home" than as a single residence, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The Hollywood hunk used some of the apartments as living quarters, and others as an art studio and a guest suite.

You better like texture and color if you wanna move in, that's for sure! These places look straight out of Alice in Wonderland. One of them even has a mural painted on a whole wall by Brazilian street artist Osgemeos.

You gotta wonder if he's getting rid of his downtown digs to help pay his divorce settlement to Amber Heard...

The swashbuckling star still owns a mansion about the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, which he turned into a massive compound by buying up the four surrounding properties to the tune of $10.7 million. He also has the keys to a luxury villa in Paris and a compound in the South of France, although he just listed that for a whopping $56 million.

If he has nowhere else to go, he could always start developing that 45-acre island he bought in the Bahamas!

Love - and real estate! - can be pricey!

Kim And Kanye Taking Their Time With Calabasas Mansion Remodel, Adding Hair Salon And Two-Story Playroom

You're not in a rush when you have a backup pad!

Kim and Kanye's $20 million Calabasas mansion is still under construction, but that's A-OK with the couple because they can wait it out in their swanky $11 Bel Air estate. The pair are sinking tons of money into the renovations, and the home will easily be $30 million when they're finished. With all the bells and whistles, they're never going to have to leave if they don't want to!

They've added a 2-story playroom for Nori and Saint, as well as a hair salon for Kimmy and a recording studio for Yeezy. There's also a gym, basketball court, spa, and movie theater. Swanky!

Kimye bought the home in August 2014, and from building Nori a giant playground to completely gutting the place, it's been completely redone. We thought they were ready to move in to the place in 2015, but apparently not!

The gated 15,667-square-foot home has 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and not only does it sit on three acres with vineyards, but it has steam showers, a sauna, a gourmet kitchen with three islands, a game room, a wet bar, a library and a guest house with a fireplace. Outside there are two pools and hot tubs, a 1,050-square-foot "entertaining pavilion" with a fireplace, three fountains, and a garden.

Oh, and let's not forget the "lake" Kimye were planning on building in the back. That hasn't been filled with water so it looks like they're either rethinking it, or still perfecting it. We can't wait to see the finished product!

What's At Stake In The Brangelina Divorce - A Look At Their Properties

brangelina-miraval-house.jpg

This is going to be a mess to figure out!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce is underway, so we thought we'd take a look at their real estate portfolio to get an idea of how they plan to divide their properties.

The pair sold a New Orleans home earlier this year so they don't have to worry about that, but they are still the proud owners of Chateau Miraval in France, a city pad in Los Feliz, and a beach house in Santa Barbara.

Chateau Miraval:

Their 17th century overseas estate has served as the family's home base since 2008, and they purchased it in 2012 for a whopping $60 million! It was the site of the couple's wedding in 2014, and it's also where they make their famous rose wine!

The pre-Roman estate boasts a swimming pool, billiards room, his-and-hers gyms, sauna and jacuzzi and a huge banquet hall. It is also well known for its wines, woods and vineyards, and it was made more kid-friendly with the addition of a dirt bike course, a video game room, and a home theater.

Rumor has it they quietly listed it a couple months ago as their marriage began to crumble, but those have yet to be confirmed. It remains to be seen who - if anyone! - will keep this gem!

Santa Barbara:

The World War Z actor purchased the beachfront house in 2000 for $5 million. It sits on 11 acres of land next to Gaviota State Park, and the clan used it as a vacation home during summer and the holidays.

The place has faced its fair share of natural disasters over the years. Wildfires and oil spills have threatened the property numerous times. The A-list hunk was also accused of personally contributing to the erosion of the beach by allowing his sons to ride their ATVS on the sand.

Los Feliz:

The Hollywood heartthrob swooped up the original residence in the late 90s for $2.55 million, and then proceeded to buy the three neighboring homes, which completed their compound. The 1915 Craftsman-style abode is now $4.9 million and sprawls over 1.9 acres. It consists of four structures with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Interestingly enough, BP lived here with his first wife Jennifer Aniston before he kicked her to the curb for Ang!

Which one would you want if you had to choose? We'd take Chateau Miraval, that's a no brainer!
