Bruce Willis Sells Massive Beverly Hills Mansion For $16.5 Million

Bruce Willis may have just sold his Beverly Hills home for $5.5 million less than his original asking price, but the actor still made quite a bit of money on the spread, so we don't feel too bad for him.

Willis purchased the 10,379-square-foot pad in June 2004 for $9 million, and though he originally listed it for $22 million in May 2013, he lowered it to $20 million just a few months later. Still, the housing market hasn't bounced back 100%, so it wasn't until last week that he finally sold the one-acre spread -- for $16.5 million.

The 1928 Spanish-style home has 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, an amenities include a movie theater, a tennis court, a giant pool and a stunning inner courtyard. From the arched glass doors to the impeccably manicured lawn, the listing agents are lying when they call this a "truly a spectacular property."

Jason Biggs Lists Hollywood Hills Home For $3 Million

Jason Biggs has listed his Hollywood Hills home for $2.995 million. After the success of his Netflix show Orange Is The New Black, it seems like the actor could be looking to move on up. Or maybe he's just sick of the pad? As far as we can see, it still needs some work, so if the American Pie alum is getting a bigger paycheck these days, maybe he'd rather start fresh than tear this place up?

The 2,756-square-foot Midcentury Modern-style home was built in 1963, and though two of the four bathrooms have been remodeled (one with Kermit green tile; another with stone and wood), one of the original ones has a totally bizarre and whimsical wallpaper job. Also, half of the home has gorgeous hardwood floors, but several rooms are covered with an atrocious checkerboard-print carpet, including the upper level outdoor gym/patio area.

Still, the location is pretty killer, and with the pool, city-to-ocean views, vaulted ceilings and open floor plan, someone has to scoop this up.

Biggs bought the home from actor Fred Savage for $2,249,022 in 2007 ... maybe he'll swing a profit on this pad?

Katie Holmes Buys Calabasas Home For $3.7 Million

They are saying bye to the Big Apple!

Katie Holmes just purchased this Calabasas home for $3.7 million after relocating from New York to California with daughter Suri.

The 6,200 square-foot estate is described as an "extensively customized Grand European Manor" and boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, as well formal living and dining rooms, a guesthouse, pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchenette, and a sports court. The house sits on a half acre of gated property.

The abode is located in The Oaks, which is a gated community where neighbors include Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, Katherine Jackson, Toni Braxton, and Lil' Romeo.

Apparently the actress wanted her daughter to grow up in a more kid-friendly city and she was anxious to get closer to Hollywood so she can work on rebuilding her film career, which took a major hit when she married Tom Cruise and lived in his shadow until their divorce.

It's not Dawson's Creek, but it's still pretty picturesque!

Casper Smart just closed on a $760,000 ranch-style home in Woodland Hills.

Interestingly enough -- Jennifer Lopez isn't helping out her former flame. Apparently the back up dancer put up the $152,000 down payment himself. A boy toy who can pay his own way -- we're impressed!

Previously, the 27-year-old had been staying in a condo he already owned and has been making money doing choreography for Nicki Minaj and other artists.

The 2,039 sq. ft. house has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a large lawn fruit trees, and a batting cage. Sounds like quite the swinging bachelor pad to us!
