Meg Ryan Buys Hank Azaria's N.Y.C. Loft For $8 Million

From one celeb owner to another!

Meg Ryan just purchased this N.Y.C. loft from Hank Azaria for $8 million. The actor purchased the pad for $4.6 million in 2005, and began renting it out for a whopping $16K a month in 2011 before making this sale.

The 4,000 square-foot apartment, located in a red brick warehouse building in SoHo, boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as direct entry via key locked elevator, a 50-foot entrance loggia, a 700 square-foot main living space, a media room and a small gym. The kitchen features slate tile and wooden butcher block counters, and had a skylight cut into the ceiling to allow light and air into the windowless space.

The rom com queen sold her Spanish-style Bel Air compound for $11.1 million in 2012, but she still owns her Martha's Vineyard estate, which she scooped up for $2.2 million in 2004.

Vince Vaughn Buys Kate Bosworth's L.A. Home For $2.37 Million

The funnyman's got a new family pad!

Vince Vaughn just purchased Kate Bosworth's L.A. home for $2.37 million. The petite actress listed her crib this past April for $2.49 million, so it was a relatively quick sale. The blonde beauty purchased the place back in 2005 for $2.1 million, so even though she settled for lower than the asking price, she still made a decent profit off the transaction.

Built in 1955, the 2,890 square-foot abode boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as an open floor plan. The estate sits on over half an acre of property, and the grounds are perfect for entertaining with an indoor-outdoor living room and pool.

The actor has quite the impressive real estate portfolio! He also owns a $1.42 million Chicago penthouse, a $3.9 million property in La Canada Flintridge, and a $6.4 million mini-mansion in Manhattan Beach.

Bruce Willis Sells Massive Beverly Hills Mansion For $16.5 Million

Bruce Willis may have just sold his Beverly Hills home for $5.5 million less than his original asking price, but the actor still made quite a bit of money on the spread, so we don't feel too bad for him.

Willis purchased the 10,379-square-foot pad in June 2004 for $9 million, and though he originally listed it for $22 million in May 2013, he lowered it to $20 million just a few months later. Still, the housing market hasn't bounced back 100%, so it wasn't until last week that he finally sold the one-acre spread -- for $16.5 million.

The 1928 Spanish-style home has 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, an amenities include a movie theater, a tennis court, a giant pool and a stunning inner courtyard. From the arched glass doors to the impeccably manicured lawn, the listing agents are lying when they call this a "truly a spectacular property."

Jason Biggs Lists Hollywood Hills Home For $3 Million

Jason Biggs has listed his Hollywood Hills home for $2.995 million. After the success of his Netflix show Orange Is The New Black, it seems like the actor could be looking to move on up. Or maybe he's just sick of the pad? As far as we can see, it still needs some work, so if the American Pie alum is getting a bigger paycheck these days, maybe he'd rather start fresh than tear this place up?

The 2,756-square-foot Midcentury Modern-style home was built in 1963, and though two of the four bathrooms have been remodeled (one with Kermit green tile; another with stone and wood), one of the original ones has a totally bizarre and whimsical wallpaper job. Also, half of the home has gorgeous hardwood floors, but several rooms are covered with an atrocious checkerboard-print carpet, including the upper level outdoor gym/patio area.

Still, the location is pretty killer, and with the pool, city-to-ocean views, vaulted ceilings and open floor plan, someone has to scoop this up.

Biggs bought the home from actor Fred Savage for $2,249,022 in 2007 ... maybe he'll swing a profit on this pad?
