Just two and a half years after buying this 4,800 square foot home in Los Feliz for $2.82 million, Jack Osbourne has listed it for $2.998 million. The home was built in 1926, and though some sites are reporting that Jack flipped it, it turns out the pad was renovated just before he moved in.

The Spanish-style home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and while the large kitchen and flooring is stunning, it's the sunny courtyard and dipping pool that make us want to move in.

The family room has high ceilings and French doors leading out to the courtyard, and the master suite sits upstairs with its own private balcony. There's a separate guest house with vaulted beam ceilings and a full kitchen ... click the gallery below to see more photos!

RHONY Star Sonja Morgan Renting Out Manhattan Townhouse For $25K A Month To Pay Off Debt

Poor little rich girl!

Real Housewives of New York star Sonja Morgan just listed her Manhattan town home for rent for $25K a month in order to pay off her staggering $20 million debt, the New York Daily News reports.

The five story Upper East Side estate failed to sell, so this was the reality star's next best option. The divorcee was sued in 2009 by Hannibal Pictures over an agreement to raise funds for a film that went sour. The 50-year-old was then forced to file for bankruptcy in November 2012, listing $19.8 million in debts and only $13.5 million in assets.

The pad boasts 5 bedrooms, as well as fireplaces throughout, a chef's kitchen, garden, gym, spa, and sauna.

Where are they going to film her swanky dinner parties now?!

Wayne Gretzky Lists Westlake Village Home For $10.5 Million

gretzky-house-main.jpg

Retired NHL superstar Wayne Gretzky has put his sprawling Westlake Village mansion on the market for $10.5 million ... he certainly seems to be making all sorts of moves with his real estate portfolio lately!

The 8,700-square-foot home sits on one acre of land inside the Sherwood Country Club, and it has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a fitness center and massive glass doors that connect the indoor-outdoor living spaces. Gretzky did a lot of work on the place after buying it for $2.7 million in 2009, and while the interior is nice and all, the best feature by far is the pool and outdoor entertaining area.

Gretzky still owns a modest four-bedroom home in the nearby Westlake Village-area, (along with a condo in Palm Harbor, Florida), but over the last few years he's unloaded quite a few pricey properties.

Back in 2007 Gretzky sold his Thousand Oaks mansion to Major League Baseball star Lenny Dykstra for $18.5 million, and last August he sold his Arizona compound for $2.8 million. It was also reported that he listed his Thousand Oaks mansion for $14.9 million last year, but it's not clear if that sold or not. And that's not all! Gretzky also has a smaller home inside Sherwood Country Club on the market for $1.9 million, but it's believed that was occupied by his daughter Paulina up until this past year.

So here's what we wanna know -- is The Great One unloading all these pads because looking to make some sort of absurdly large purchase in the coming months? He's worth $200 million so we doubt he's having money troubles ... maybe he just loves flipping homes?

T.I. just purchased this Atlanta-area home as a crash pad to cut down on his commute from the recording studio.

His family home is 40 minutes away from work, but his new abode is only 2 minutes away, so when he's laying down tracks into the wee hours of the morning, he has a place to rest his head that isn't such a hassle to get to.

Located in the Buckhead neighborhood, the European estate boasts 4 bedrooms, as well as a massive pool, outdoor kitchen, and an entertainment area. It's sounds like a party palace to us!

His purchase of this real estate has tongues wagging that there's trouble in paradise with wife Tiny, but to us it sounds like the rich rapper just threw money at a problem!
