After unloading his Arizona property this past August, Wayne Gretzky has listed his town home in Thousand Oaks, California for just under $1.9 million.
Back in 2007 the NHL great sold his other Thousand Oaks residence (it recently popped back up on the market for $14.9 million back in January), so it looks like he's gearing up to leave the TO area. And since his oldest daughter Paulina got engaged back in August, we have to wonder if this Thousand Oaks pad was her former digs.
The 3,758-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and it's in the gated Sherwood Country Club community. Gretzky bought the home in 2000, and it clearly isn't his primary residence, so we're curious to see what his next move is.
Gretzky still owns a modest four-bedroom home in the nearby Westlake Village-area, (along with a condo in Palm Harbor, Florida), but we're guessing he's going to be on the market for something bigger and better in the next few months...

Barry Bonds listed his 2.5 acre Beverly Hills estate for sale for an astounding $25 million last January, but after struggling to find a buyer, he recently slashed the price by a whopping $1.5 million.
The baseball player paid $8.7 million for the 11,448-square-foot property back in 2002, and after adding a bedroom and three bathrooms, the mansion now has seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms and boasts 17,100-square-feet of living space.
The home features 30-foot ceilings, a two-story guest house, hand-painted Trompe L’oeil murals and plenty of skylights, and it comes fully furnished. The real estate agent notes that the pad was "designed by [Robert Sinclair] to welcome guests, family and friends alike for all manner of occasions, whether it be large scale gatherings, stately events or the most intimate of affairs."
The grounds feature a swimming pool and a cabana, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, a 2,100-square-foot sports court, an olive grove, a rose garden and a circular motor court centered on a multi-tiered fountain. The abode also features a 12-seat theater, a game room, a wine cellar and a gym, along with full-service spa that includes steam sauna, a tanning salon, a hydrotherapy jacuzzi tub and Swedish full-body therapy rooms.
The home run hitter must really want to unload this place!

We're not sure if the young and mega-loaded DJ Avicii (nee Tim Bergling) paid the full asking price for the home, but he def went well into the eight-figure range for this stunning modern mansion that was previously owned by beauty mogul Bruno Mascolo.
Mascolo, whose family's net worth is around $575 million, acquired the pad in 2009 for $10 million (thanks RealEstalker!), and he's listed it several times since the summer of 2012.
The 7,007-square-foot home has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and sits on one of the star-studded bird streets in the hills, boasting "breathtaking panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles all the way to Santa Monica and out to Catalina Island in the Pacific Ocean and beyond."
The multilevel, two-sided contemporary residence was built in 2008 by Brad Kuish and interior designer Ryan Brown and designed by Paul McLean, and from a fingerprint recognition security system to the 75-foot pool, this home has just about every amenity a buyer could possibly want.
Our description doesn't even begin to do the pad justice -- check out over 20 pics in the gallery below!

Jackie and John F. Kennedy's former Virginia home, Wexford, has been listed for the time in 22 years for $10.995M. The slain president and his family only spent two weekends in their custom-built home together, which finished construction in Oct. 1963, just one month before JFK was assassinated.
The 5,055-square-foot stucco mid-century house was designed by and for Jackie, with help from her trusted decorator, Stéphane Boudin. The couple bought the then-39-acre ranch because first lady desired a home near the White House with a pastoral setting so the family could go horseback riding. Despite the house having three additional owners and adding 127 more acres in the past fifty years, however much of the estate has remained the same as it was during its short-lived Kennedy era. Even the backyard swing set that JFK Jr. and Caroline once played on still remains. Interestingly enough, despite the famous former residents -- the house has been kept out of the public eye for the majority of the past half century.
"It's the only house that Jack and I ever built together, and I designed it all myself … I don't want it exploited and photographed all over the place, just because it was ours," JFK's late widow once said.
Jackie lived at Wexford, which was named after the county in Ireland the iconic Kennedy clan was from, after the 35th president's assassination. The mid-century home has 15 rooms, including an underground bunker.
America's first and only Catholic president was not the country's only commander in chief to stay at the sprawling ranch, situated about an hour outside of the nation's capital. Ronald Reagan rented out the home during his 1980 presidential campaign.

Billy Joel has re-listed his Hamptons mansion, and it's now on the market for its highest price yet!
The singer first listed the pad in 2009 for $22.5 million and again in September of 2010 for $19.9 million, and according to our findings, he purchased the pad in June of 2007 from Roy Scheider for $16.75 million.
The 5,742-square-foot beach house has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and it features a living room with cathedral ceilings, a spacious chef's kitchen and it was designed by Oprah's bestie Nate Berkus. There is a guest house on the property and ocean views, but we're still trying to figure out why the "Piano Man" singer is trying to score such a huge profit on the home...I mean, it's nice but it's not exactly Vince Camuto's digs...
