Madonna Reportedly Eying $55 Million Luxury Penthouse In Tel Aviv, Israel

Madonna is reportedly in talks to purchase a penthouse in the fancy 42-story Meier-on-Rothschild building in Tel Aviv, Israel, which Forbes recently named as one of the world's tallest luxury residential towers.

The image above (and the ones in the gallery below) are merely computer-generated renderings, but it still looks stunning. Madonna was seen with a brochure for the place back in 2013, and the Daily Mail reports that the pop superstar is eying is the $55 million penthouse at the top of the building, aptly named Palace in the Sky.

The 15,263-square-foot pad has a private elevator, double-height 22-foot ceilings, a private gym, a bar, a cinema and a mini-spa. The building has 141 apartments and penthouses with private terraces, and one of the other units, the $23 million Rothschild Summit Penthouse, seems like it could be an awesome option for Madge as well. The 6,520-square-foot unit also includes a private elevator, a deck with a private plunge pool and five luxurious bedroom suites with walk-in dressing rooms and bathrooms.

As far as building amenities, there is a 24-hour concierge, a spa, a gym, a 25-meter Olympic pool, a relaxation lounge, a cocktail bar, a wine cellar and there are even retail stores. It's been reported that Natalie Portman is also reportedly considering buying a unit in this building.

Channing Tatum Picks Up $6 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

But is this an investment property or is the actor planning on moving the whole family in here?

Channing Tatum has purchased this stunning $6 million Cape Cod style house in Beverly Hills, and from the pool to the location, it seems like the perfect place to settle down. Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan welcomed a baby girl in 2013, and their current home is a modest 2,538-square-foot pad in the Laurel Canyon area of Los Angeles. Even though they haven't listed or moved out of their canyon pad, we have a feeling they'll be having a housewarming party here by the end of the year.

The new crib has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 4,853-square-feet of living space, and it sits on an acre of land. The nearly 45-foot long combination living/dining room runs adjacent to the kitchen, and there are two master suites, a den/game room and a number of picture windows and balconies with exquisite views.

The home also has a bit of a history. Tatum purchased the estate from filmmaker Roberto Sneider, who bought the home in April 2011 for $4.425 million from CAA superagent Kevin Huvane. Huvane bought the property in $900,000 from actress Carrie Fisher. That's quite a price jump!

But it wasn't just about re-doing a bathroom or painting a few walls -- the couple reportedly had a panic room built inside the home!

“They are having a panic room installed,” a source tells Us Weekly. “It’ll be fireproof, bombproof, and attack-resistant.” And it wasn't the A-list actor who requested the extra security -- it was his wifey! “Amal has high-profile clients in controversial cases,” the insider explained.

The home is set on four acres and has 9 bedrooms, a library, gym, spa, steam room, and of course, a state-of-the-art security system.

Rosie O’Donnell Lists Florida Pad For $5.75 Million

Rosie O’Donnell just quit The View and earlier this month it was confirmed that she was splitting from wife Michelle Rounds, so it makes sense that she'd want to unload this home, which the former couple purchased for $5.6 million back in 2013.

The 6,383-square-foot estate, which once belonged to Olivia Newton-John, was just put on the market for $5.75 million, and back in 2013 the original list price was $6.2 million. In 2010 Newton-John reportedly spent $2 million remodeling it, so this isn't a matter of flipping out -- Rosie just WANTS out.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and other features include a great room with a vaulted cypress tongue and groove ceilings (whatever that means), natural coral stone flooring, a custom handmade Driftwood kitchen and bar cabinetry by Doug Jacobs, a media room, a breakfast nook, a pool and ample dock space.

Back in June of 2013 O'Donnell sold her Miami beach mansion for $12.6 million. Hey, better to play things on the safe side when sh*t's hitting the fan!
