Kobe Byrant In Contract Negotiatons To Sell Newport Beach Home

So close to a sale!

Kobe Bryant has a contract in negotiations to sell his Newport Beach mansion to an unknown buyer, according to the MLS. The Laker and his wife Vanessa listed their estate in the exclusive Pelican Ridge Estates for $8.599 million in August 2013, but the current asking price is $6.45 million. Even with the reduction, the transition is set to break a price record for the area if they get full asking.

The 8,471-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and it was built in 1997. The two-story property has a limestone foyer, an 850-square-foot gym, a hair salon, a theater with lobby and wetbar, and outside there is a sparking a pool and spa, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. Even though it's not shown in listing pictures, the pad also has a library with a shark tank in it.

Ballin' with a big budget!

Paris Latsis Lists Beverly Hills Estate For $15 Million

Shipping heir Paris Latsis, who you may know as Paris Hilton’s former fiance, has listed his Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $15 million.

Latsis purchased the pad in April 2006 for $9.2 million, and this isn't the first time he's tried to sell it. In 2008 he listed it for $15 million, and in 2010 the hilltop estate hit the market yet again for $13.75 million.

According to Variety's Dirt, the three-story home has roughly 7,000 square feet of living space, along with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The lower level has a family room and a media room with 12-foot glass walls, and this leads to the backyard and infinity pool. Upstairs there is a lounge with a fireplace, a dining room and a game room.

While the home boasts spectacular views of the city, the decor is a bit dated and the exterior reminds us of a cheesy cruise ship. Then again, Dirt reports that these do appear to be the same listing photos that popped up in 2008 and 2010, but you'd think Mr. Latsis would have it in his budget to post some new ones!

Bobby Flay On The Hunt For NYC Bachelor Pad Amid Nasty Divorce With Wife Stephanie March

Sounds like he needs to find a new place, and quick!

Bobby Flay and his wife of a decade Stephanie March are in the middle of a nasty divorce, which explains why the celebrity chef was spotted recently checking out some bachelor pads in the Sterling Mason Building in Tribeca, TMZ reports.

There are four available units that range in price from $9.65 to $24.5 million. Amentities for the property include a library, courtyard, private fitness room, yoga studio, and underground parking.

Reports claim that Flay is refusing to let his estranged wife and her sick mother live in their $8 million Manhattan marital home unless March signs a press release that their split is amicable, which it definitely isn't. March has questioned Flay about being unfaithful with fellow chef Giada De Laurentis, as well as Mad Men actress January Jones, and just yesterday, March claimed Flay was engaging in "economic warfare" by canceling her credit cards.

Wherever he ends up, we bet it has a sweet kitchen!

P.Diddy Re-Lists Lists New Jersey Mansion For $8.5 Million

He almost sold it last year, so he's trying once more!

P.Diddy just listed his New Jersey mansion for $8.5 million, after failing to find a buyer when he initially put it on the market last year. The music mogul purchased it in 2004 for $10 million, so he's going to lose a bit of money on this property, but we doubt he cares.

The all-brick manor house boasts 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, in addition to a mahogany-paneled library, a two story grand foyer, swimming pool, two waterfalls, a racquetball court, gym, home theater, and a six car garage.

No wonder the rapper is looking to unload his real estate! He just purchased a $32 million pad in Holmby Hills last summer!

The Cape Cod-style home has 5,166 square feet of living space with 6 bedrooms and 5.75 baths, and it sits on .2 acres of land. Fancy features include a large chef's kitchen with a Calcutta marble island, a limestone fireplace in the family room and a large patio with ceiling heaters.
