We have a feeling this place is going to be used as a tear down, and that's one pricey place to bulldoze!

Oprah Winfrey just scooped the equestrian estate next door to her Montecito mansion for a whopping $28.8 million, Variety reports. The property sits on 23-acres and boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, in addition to spectacular views views of the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.

The main house, designed by architect Cliff May, is 4,750 square-feet, and the land features a pool, open and covered patios and decks, a manager’s cottage, a horse trainer's house, a stable and a barn.

"Oprah has been quietly but systematically buying up the properties around her estate. At this point she has only one neighbor to the west, it's just the way she wants it," a local realtor told the outlet.

If anyone can do this, it's O!

Are there vandals on the loose?! Not so fast!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Calabasas mansion got spray painted with purple graffiti on Tuesday, but the perpetrators were the owners themselves! Kimmy K and Yeezy left "I Heart" love notes to each other on the front entry way of their abode because they are set to remodel in a few days, but neighbors became alarmed at the defacing of property and alerted security, according to TMZ.

When security called to check-in with Kimye, the couple informed them that they simply decided to have a little fun with the paint can before they replaster the exterior of their pad. Phew!

Can you imagine if this wasn't their doing?! We wouldn't want to be around for Yeezus' reaction, that's for sure! On another note, they're aware California is in a drought, right? Look at that lawn!

Simply gorg!

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian show off their impeccably designed homes in the latest issue of Architectural Digest, and they're truly works of art! With the help of celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the reality stars transformed their neighboring Calabasas mansions into their dream homes.

Kourt bought her $7.5 million Tuscan-style estate (top photo) from former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, and went in a more minimalist direction. Mine is much more restrained and modern, which is perfect for where I am in my life," the mother-of-three explained.

Meanwhile, Khloe paid $7.2 million for Justin Bieber's Mediterranean manse (bottom photo) and went for a more romantic vibe. Since she doesn't have children yet, Koko even two bedrooms into one massive closet!

Because of her kiddos, Scott Disick's baby mama relaxed her strict neutrals-only palette. "I am very afraid of color, but when you have kids, you can’t be so stringent. Martyn was able to introduce bright pops in a way I can handle," she explained.

Whose place would you rather?
