It was first listed for $2.5 million, and then for $1.75 million in early 2012.

Formerly owned by the singer's estate, the home was the location of the Grammy winner's 1992 wedding to Bobby Brown.

Located in Mendham Township, the 13,607 square-foot pad sits on five wooded acres and boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. On the grounds, there is a swimming pool and tennis court.

It's a little eighties, so let's hope he is going to do some redecorating!
