They did just buy a new $6.7 million abode in Beverly Hills, so it makes sense to sell this place, but could this also be a sign that the divorce rumors are true?
Nicole Richie and husband Joel Madden just listed their Laurel Canyon home for $3.49 million. The couple purchased the pad back in 2009 for $1.9 million, so they stand to make a pretty penny off this transaction!
The 6,300 square-foot estate sits on over half an acre of property and boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, in addition to one half bath. There is also a gym, an attached guest house, and a massive den and family room with tons of natural light provided by a giant sky dome.
There is an outdoor BBQ area off the kitchen, and the grounds feature a lagoon-style pool with an adjacent waterfall.
The pair are said to be "on the brink" of a split and simply trying to hold on for the sake of their kids Harlow and Sparrow, so we will have to wait and see if the whole family ends up moving to the new 90210 digs!

Lewis Hamilton may have lost the Monaco Grand Prix, but seeing as he's renting this $600,000 a week yacht and partying with underage babes Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Hailey Baldwin, we don't feel that bad for him!
The 236-foot Axioma yacht was built in 2013 by Dunya-Ursa and it sleeps up to twelve guests in six staterooms, including a master suite, three VIP suites and two twin cabins.
Amenities included a helicopter landing pad, a gym, a spa, a swimming pool, a movie theater, an outside bar and an elevator, and toys include seadoos, wave runners, snorkeling equipment for 12 and diving equipment for up to 8 people.
Kendall and company have been posting all kinds of wild pictures on their Instagram from the boat, so from partying on the deck to jumping into the ocean, it looks like they're really taking full advantage of everything the vessel has to offer. And Hamilton? He just signed a three-year contract with Mercedes for a whopping $150 million (and he's already worth $200 million), so he seems more than happy to foot the bill...

Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell have dropped $15.5 million on a penthouse right across the street from the Met Museum in New York.
It's only 3,500 square feet, but it takes up the 15th and 16th floors of the building and we think the views alone are worth at least $10 mil! The home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and per listing info the rooms with the best views are the library and living room on the first floor and the master bedroom suite on the second.
The home has wraparound balconies, mirror-walled marble bathrooms, a library and an elevator that opens to a white marble foyer. Though the building originally had 25 units, it seems like most of them have been merged together, as it currently only has 12.
The former Beatle and his wife own another property in Manhattan, along with estates in Arizona, Beverly Hills, East Hampton, Scotland and three in the UK.

CelebDigs.com was the first to report that Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber bought this stunning Malibu estate for $6 million just a year ago, and they've already flipped the 3,650-square-foot-pad and listed it for $15.45 million!
The home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, though one of them might be a half. Oh, but who cares about that when you see the layout of the place -- and the grounds on the 1.41 acre property!
The three-story home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, and from decor to the open floor plan, this home seems to be well worth the steep asking price. Dirt reports that at least two of the bedrooms have outside access, and privately situated owner's suites span an entire floor and have their own sitting rooms.
There are several living/dining areas, a wood-burning fireplace and two separate decks, but the sliding glass doors make the seating areas seem like decks with the hillside ocean views. Here's our question: Why on earth would Cindy and Rande want to let go of this dream abode?!

This was the backdrop for one of film's greatest love stories!
The California cabin used in the film The Bodyguard has hit the market for a whopping $8 million. The lodge was where Kevin Costner's character retreats with co-star Whitney Houston's character after her life is put in danger because of a crazy fan in the 1992 blockbuster.
Located on Fallen Leaf Lake near Lake Tahoe and the Nevada state line, the all hardwood property boasts 5 bedrooms and lake views from every room in the house. It also comes with 3 acres of forest and a 3-car garage, as well as a 76ft pier that offers direct water access.
Given the name Tallac House for the breathtaking views of Mount Tallac, the estate was built by famed architect Paul Hamilton 45 years ago for the longterm owners, who are just now deciding to part with the place.
The late Grammy winning singer reportedly loved this house, and you can own a piece of film history if you have a spare $8 million lying around!
