Her decorating expertise must have paid off!
Faye Resnick just sold her gorgeous Hollywood Hills home for $2.29 million to Hollywood actor Jack Huston. The former Playboy model, who frequently appears on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, purchased the place with ex-fiance Everett Jack Jr. back in December 2012 for $1.6 million, so she managed to turn a big profit in a few short years.
The 2,567 square-foot residence boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as a living room with a library nook, dining area, family room with a built-in entertainment center, and a gourmet kitchen. Design elements include dark hardwood flooring, French windows, top-grade appliances, marble countertops, and an open floor plan.
The master suite features walk-in closets, a private balcony, marble bathroom, and spectular city and mountain views from every angle.
The grounds are ultra private and there is an oval shaped swimming pool on the property.
A sexy space for a sexy lady!

In late April Robin Williams listed his Napa Valley ranch for $30 million, and at the time we wondered if it was due to financial problems. After the news of his tragic passing on Monday, new reports seem to suggest that this was the case.
Williams had previously put the 640-acre estate (dubbed Villa Sorriso, which translates to “villa of smiles") on the market in 2012 for $35 million, but after he signed on to the CBS series The Crazy Ones, he changed his mind. However, in early May the network confirmed that the show would not be renewed for a second season, and seeing as William had put the home on the market just two weeks earlier, it seems as though he caught wind of the news before it was made public.
A source told Radar Online, "Robin slipped into a deep depression. He felt embarrassed and humiliated that the show had been a failure. It was very hard for Robin to accept. Here he was in his sixties, and forced to take a role on television for the money. It’s just not where he thought he would be at this point in his life. There was also frustration that Robin expressed at having to take television and movie roles he didn’t want to take, but had to for the paycheck."
And not only that, but Williams' two divorces (his first from Valerie Velardi in 1988 and the second from Marsha Garces in 2008) reportedly cost him $30 million, according ABC News. In 2013 Williams was asked if he had lost all of his savings, and he told Parade, "Well, not all. Lost enough. Divorce is expensive. I used to joke they were going to call it 'all the money.' but they changed it to 'alimony.' It's ripping your heart out through your wallet. Are things good with my exes? Yes. But do I need that lifestyle? No."
Villa Sorriso, which sits in the Mayacamas Mountains, in an area between Napa and Sonoma Valley, is still on the market, though it's not clear how the money from the sale will be divided among his three children and wide Susan Schneider.
The Mediterranean-style residence has 20,000 square feet of living space, and there are 5 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms (6 full, 6 half). The home is built from Portuguese limestone, and other features include an oak-paneled library, a home theater, climate-controlled storage for art and wine and a private tower with a bridge accessible from the master suite. Outdoor amenities include a 65-foot pool, stables and a spring-fed pond for bass fishing, and there are 18 acres of vineyards included on the property as well.

Keeping the family together… literally!
Chris Martin is renting this stunning 4,000 square-foot Hamptons home for the summer, which just so happens be located on the very same street as his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow's estate, Page Six reports.
The Coldplay rocker is leasing the mansion, located on Old Montauk Highway, from Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak.
The couple has been seen all over the swanky seaside oasis with their children Apple and Moses, and although they announced they were splitting this past March, it seems the pair are making every effort to harmoniously co-parent.
Good for them for being so mature during this difficult time!

Last year Heidi Klum listed the Brentwood mansion she once shared with ex-hubby Seal for a whopping $24.25 million, and she's finally sold the place for $24 million. Seeing as she and Seal purchased the estate out of foreclosure in late 2010 for $14.2 million, not only are they getting their money back out of it, but if they're splitting this evenly, they're both set to make a $5 million profit. Not bad!
When Heidi and her ex-hubby bought the home, listing information indicated that it had 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms and 12,300 square feet of living space. The home sits on over 8.5 acres of land, and other neighbors in the Brentwood County Estates community include former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dr. Dre. Fancy features included a wine cellar with a tasting room, a cigar room with a separate filtration system, a massive kitchen and get this -- a domed library with a fireplace said to have been extracted from Napoleon's farmhouse.
Klum plunked down $9.875 million for a new pad in Bel-Air last year, which sits on a lot half the size of her former estate and has slightly less living space with just 6 bedrooms.

He may not have gotten the $12 million he wanted, but Ashton Kutcher still ended up making a $1.5 million profit on his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad!
Kutcher listed the home in May, and despite the fact that he had it for less than two years, keep in mind he has a baby on the way with fiancee Mila Kunis, who recently listed her Hollywood home as well. The expectant couple dropped $10 million on a massive new mansion in an exclusive, gated neighborhood in Beverly Hills, which is far more child-friendly than either of their previous residences.
The three-story home was built in 2007, and it sits on over half an acre of land and boasts stunning views of the Hollywood Reservoir. There are five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and nearly 9,385 square feet of living space, and key features include a gym, a sauna, a wine cellar, an elevator and a gorgeous terraced pool and spa.
