Making great movies comes with perks!

Jonah Hill just plunked down $9.16 million for this Noho condo, the Post reports. The pad was originally listed at $9.5 million, so he got a bit of a deal. Not that he needed one! In 2014, he listed his Manhattan loft for $3.8 million.

Located in the famed Schumacher building at 36 Bleecker St., the 3,280 square-foot residence boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, but by far the most impressive part of the place is the Ken Smith-designed courtyard garden.

There is also "extensive wall space designed to showcase large-scale works of art," according to the listing.

Not too shabby!

Emily Blunt And John Krasinski Slash Half A Million Off Los Angeles Mansion Asking Price

They must really want to get rid of this place, because this is a steal!

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski just slashed the asking price on their Los Angeles mansion by half a million, bringing the new asking price to $7.5 million. They originally listed it back in January for $8 million, but it looks like nobody was biting at that price.

The 4,800 square-foot modern residence boasts six bedrooms, as well as natural wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor/outdoor spaces, and a large pool in the backyard.

The lot size isn't that big at only .36 acres, which may explain why they aren't getting the offers they want.

The couple are already parents to daughter Hazel, 2, and the British actress is currently pregnant with their second child, so they're probably on the market for a more kid-friendly nest.

Jay Z might be looking for a place once Beyonce kicks him out, and this would be the perfect bachelor pad!

They've gotta get more kid-friendly digs!

Adam Levine and pregnant wife Behati Prinsloo just listed their NYC loft for $5.5 million, which makes sense because they were spotted house hunting in the Pacific Palisades in late March. The pair paid $4.55 million when they bought the place in August 2014.

The pad, located in SoHo, has 2,800 square feet of living space, and though it's just three bedrooms and two baths, the listing agent describes it as a "loft lovers dream." There are 13 foot tin ceilings and six floor-to-ceiling columns, and four large west-facing windows light up the place with afternoon sun.

The kitchen has brand-new stainless steel appliances and black granite counter tops, but the loft maintains some of its original charm with exposed brick in the living room and light hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom has a massive walk in closet and two east-facing windows, and the unit also features an elevator.

The supermodel and the singer are making room for baby!

So many memories were made here!

Uma Thurman has listed her Manhattan duplex for $6.25 million. The actress owned two apartments in the co-op, but she sold the first one in 2006. The Pulp Fiction star lived in this place during her marriage to Ethan Hawke. "It was such a cozy place — it really was home for us. It has a lot of sentimental value, but my past will be somebody else’s future," she told the New York Times.

Overlooking Gramercy Park, the residence boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well formal dining room, living room, and a library. Design elements include herringbone oak floors, wood burning fireplaces, French doors, and marble countertops.

There are not one but TWO master suites! The one downstairs features a walk-in closet and dressing area, while the other has a Turkish-style bath and an arched tile ceiling.

This is a chic pad!
