David Bowie's Former Caribbean Estate Hits The Market For $20 Million

An abode fit for a rockstar!

David Bowie's mansion in the Caribbean was just listed for $20 million, and it's really somethin'! The pad boasts 5 bedrooms and has a super whimsical vibe, which is extremely fitting given the late singer's taste.

"I wanted something as unlike the Caribbean as possible. It’s a whim personified. I love a good cliché, and this house, for me, is just the most delightful cliché. What you have to realize is that Mustique is a fantasy island," the rocker previously explained of the estate.

Cool features of the home include a bar with a lookout spot, a music and game room, and multiple pools and lagoons.

The music legend used the place as a private getaway in the nineties before selling it to British publisher and poet Felix Dennis for $5 million.

It appears the property is currently in escrow, so it won't be long before it has a new owner! We're dying to know who that is!

Playboy Mansion Listed For Sale For A Whopping $200 Million

You can own a piece of history... for an absolutely absurd price!

The iconic Playboy mansion has been listed for sale for a whopping $200 million, but Hugh Hefner won't be leaving just yet! Any potential buyer must allow the nudie mag head honcho a "life estate," meaning that he can remain in the home until his death.

Real estate sources are gossiping that the asking price is completely insane, and that the 22,000 square-foot, 29 bedroom property is more likely to fetch anywhere from $80-90 million based solely on the acreage. Some sources are even calling it a teardown!

"This is the right time to seek a buyer for this incredible property who understands the role the Mansion has played for our brand and enables us to continue to reinvest in the transformation of our business. The Playboy Mansion has been a creative center for Hef as his residence and workplace for the past 40 years, as it will continue to be if the property is sold," Playboy Enterprises CEO, Scott Flanders said in a statement.

Playboy Enterprises, not Hef, owns the pad, so they undoubtedly will make a pretty penny off the sale even if it doesn't land $200 million!

Scott Disick is the proud new owner of this $5.96 million Hidden Hills mansion, Trulia reports. The estate was originally listed for $6.49 million, so he got a good deal on the purchase!

The reality star moved out the family home he shared with Kourtney Kardashian and their kids six months ago, so it appears he's finally putting down some roots nearby. Although, one of his "businesses" is flipping houses, so this could very well be an investment property.

He needs all the cash he can get his hands on these days!

Charlie Sheen just sold one of the three properties he owns in the Mulholland Estates for $6.6 million, public records show. The troubled actor purchased the pad four years ago for $7 million, so he took a pretty big loss on the sale.

As far as we know, he was allowing either Brooke Mueller or Denise Richards to reside here so he could be closer to his children.

Located on a half acre of land, the 9,000 square-foot two story Mediterranean abode boasts 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, as well as a formal living room, dining room, library/den, and gourmet kitchen.

The grounds include a swimming pool with an adjacent spa, a built-in BBQ area, and landscaped lawns and gardens.

The Two and a Half Men star publicly revealed he was HIV-positive last month, and now he's facing a variety of lawsuits from ex-lovers who claim he failed to notify them of his condition. No wonder he's trying to liquidate his assets!
