Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have just listed their New Orleans mansion for $6.5 million. The couple purchased the pad back in 2006 for $3.5 million in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, when they they were actively helping to rebuild the community.

Located in the French Quarter on 521 Governor Nicholls St, the 7,645 square-foot home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half-baths. There is also a separate guest house with 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms.

"Magnificently renovated historic 1830's masonry mansion in Prime French Quarter location. Exquisite details include: Venetian plastered walls custom designed marble mantles & fireplaces, crown moldings, grand spiral staircase, elevator, private spacious patio w/pool, chef's gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, laundry room," reads the Latter & Blum listing.

It is unclear if the A-list couple plan on finding another home in the area, or if they are waving goodbye to Louisiana!

Patrick Dempsey just listed his Malibu estate for $14.5 million following his January split from wife Jillian Fink. The estranged couple purchased the place in 2009 for $7 million and then proceeded to completely renovate it.

The 5,500 square foot abode sits on 3.3 acres of land and was designed by famed architect Frank Gehry in the '70s. "We were looking for a little land and space, and a house with some architectural significance.The exterior's simplicity appealed to me, and the inside felt very expansive and calming. Everywhere you looked there was something visually pleasing," the actor gushed about his home to Architectural Digest.

The property boasts an al fresco kitchen and a small farm, as well as design touches like high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows.

If only we had the money, we would snatch this oasis up in a heartbeat!

Built in 1960, the 1.4 acre estate boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as a guest house and an office. In addition, there is a large family room, living room, and reading room, along with a large swimming pool and terraced gardens on the grounds.

We have a feeling we know why he's parting with his bachelor pad! The Milk star is head over heels in love with fiancee Charlize Theron, and now that they're about to be a family of three with her adopted son Jackson, they probably want a fresh start with a new kid-friendly abode!
