Check Out Joe Francis' Posh Mexican Resort, Where Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Love To Stay

casa-aramara-main-pic.jpg

It's no big secret that Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis owns a resort in Punta Mita Mexico named Casa Aramara, but what did shock us is how fancy it is! The beachfront retreat is apparently the only 5-star private residence in the town, and after being renovated last year, it's attracted a slew of rich and famous folks.

Obviously Kim Kardashian and Kanye West love the place -- they honeymooned here and they've been back a few times since then, but there's a number of A-listers who don't seem to mind that a smut king with a rap sheet owns the gorgeous spot. Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Eva Longoria, John Mayer, Lance Bass, Mario Lopez, Orlando Bloom, Sheryl Crow and Vince Vaughn are among the stars who have stayed at the property.

According to the property's website, Aramara is the goddess of life for the Huichol Indians, who originally occupied the land where Casa Aramara now sits.

The resort is spread across three separate villas with four oceanfront king suites, four garden villa double rooms, one guest villa master suite, one guest villa king room, one guest villa double room, one guest triple room. The base rate from July 15th is September 30th is $15,000 with a five night minimum, but over the holidays that rate jumps to $30,000 a night with a seven night minimum. Yowza!

Guests are spoiled rotten with 24/7 service (including an on-call doctor!), and they have full access to the beaches at the Four Seasons and St. Regis Resorts in Punta Mita along with a private stretch of beach in front of the property's infinity pool. There's a 20 person movie theater, and while there isn't a restaurant on site, there are five-star chefs who are capable of whipping up anything on a moment's notice.

Those wet t-shirt contests and slutty spring break videos really paid off!

Late Actress Lauren Bacall's New York Home Expected To Hit The Market Any Day Now

lauren-bacall-house-main.jpg

The New York City co-op where late actress Lauren Becall resided for over 50 years is expected to hit the market soon, according to Variety's Dirt.

Bacall bought the unit in the famed Dakota building in 1961 for just $48,000, and according to Dirt, the apartment was appraised shortly before Bacall's death last month at about $9 million.

The unit next to Bacall's, which has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and 4,500 square feet of living space, sold for $14.5 million just two weeks ago. That space doesn't have any views of Central Park, and another unit in the building with just 2 beds and 2 baths was recently listed for $7.2 million.

The ten-story structure was built in 1884, and there are 103 units with a number of different floor plans. There's a doorman, a large center courtyard with fountain and current residents include Maury Povich, Connie Chung, Roberta Flack and Yoko Ono, who owns several units in the building.

So just how hard is it to get in at the Dakota? Stars who have reportedly been rejected by the homeowners' board include Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas, Madonna, Billy Joel, Judd Apatow, Alex Rodriguez and Cher. Wonder if someone famous will end up with the silver screen legend's former home?

Check out the video below of the location, and check out our gallery, which features views from other units in the historic complex.

Chloe Moretz And Her Family Rent $11,000-A-Month Pad In Bel Air

chloe-moretz-house-main-710.jpg

Chloe Moretz and her family are dropping $11,000 a month for this Bel Air rental pad, reports Variety's Dirt. And seeing as the home was initially listed for lease at $16,000 a month, it looks like they got themselves quite a deal!

The house last sold in September 2012 for $3.18 million, and it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms with 3,882 square feet of living space. The estate was built in the late 1960s, but it's been updated with a high tech security system and other bonuses.

When you enter the home, you walk in through a double-height, marble-floored foyer, and a wrought iron staircase leads to a formal living room with a fireplace. There's a kitchen with breakfast room, a den with a fireplace and a second floor master suite that has a private balcony.

There's one heck of a view from the backyard, but we do find it rather odd that the pool has an awning rather than the BBQ area. But hey, we're not complaining! Check out the gallery below for more photos of the 17-year-old starlet's new crib...

rose-2pic-cd-090214.jpg

Talk about a good investment property!

Pete Rose just sold his Sherman Oaks home for $1.96 million, earning approximately $1 million in profit! The former baseball player and manager purchased the place back in 1999 for a measly $913K.

The 4,719 square-foot abode boasts 6 bedrooms and 4.75 bathrooms, as well as a large entry hall, office, and formal living room. The interiors are a little outdated and could use some renovations, but it has a nice backyard area complete with a large swimming pool and BBQ station.

The Cincinnati Reds star also owns a home in Las Vegas, so we bet he got rid of the place to spend more time in Sin City.

Check Out The $13 Million Miami Castle Where Dwyane Wade And Gabrielle Union Got Married

chateau-artisan-main-710.jpg

Basketball star Dwyane Wade and actress Gabrielle Union got married on Saturday at Chateau Artisan castle in Miami, and while their ceremony was totally extravagant, the location was even crazier!

The home, which is currently for sale for $12.8 million, was built and designed by Charles Sieger in 2007, and it sits on 14 acres of land. According to listing info, "This one of a kind castle was constructed using only the highest quality materials and furnishings." After taking a peek at some of the pictures, we'd be inclined to agree!

The three-story home has 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms (5 half, 5 full), and from the private lake and gardens to the koi pond and wrought iron gated entry, this place is truly unlike anything we've every seen before. Tacky? Maybe. Somewhere we'd want to stay? Definitely!
