Simply gorg!

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian show off their impeccably designed homes in the latest issue of Architectural Digest, and they're truly works of art! With the help of celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the reality stars transformed their neighboring Calabasas mansions into their dream homes.

Kourt bought her $7.5 million Tuscan-style estate (top photo) from former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, and went in a more minimalist direction. Mine is much more restrained and modern, which is perfect for where I am in my life," the mother-of-three explained.

Meanwhile, Khloe paid $7.2 million for Justin Bieber's Mediterranean manse (bottom photo) and went for a more romantic vibe. Since she doesn't have children yet, Koko even two bedrooms into one massive closet!

Because of her kiddos, Scott Disick's baby mama relaxed her strict neutrals-only palette. "I am very afraid of color, but when you have kids, you can’t be so stringent. Martyn was able to introduce bright pops in a way I can handle," she explained.

Whose place would you rather?

Robin Williams' Napa Valley Mansion Finally Sells For $18.1 Million

It took long enough!

Robin Williams first listed his Napa estate in 2012 for a whopping $35 million, then he took it off the market before relisting it in April 2014 for $29.9 million. Following his ultimately death, his family cut the price yet again to $25.9 million, but failed to get a good offer, so it hit an all-time low for $22.9 million. They just found a buyer, though, who plunked down $18.1 million!

The 640-acre estate is dubbed Villa Sorriso, which translates to “villa of smiles," and it sits in the Mayacamas Mountains, in an area between Napa and Sonoma Valley. The Mediterranean-style residence has 20,000 square feet of living space, and there are 5 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms (6 full, 6 half).

The home is built from Portuguese limestone, and other features include an oak-paneled library, a home theater, climate-controlled storage for art and wine and a private tower with a bridge accessible from the master suite. Outdoor amenities include a 65-foot pool, stables and a spring-fed pond for bass fishing, and there are 18 acres of vineyards included on the property as well.

The new owner got a real deal!

Denise Richards Slashes Asking Price On Hidden Hills Mansion She Purchased After Divorce From Charlie Sheen

She must be desperate to get rid of this joint!

Denise Richards listed her Hidden Hills mansion for a whopping $7.7 million in June 2015, but she just slashed the asking price by almost a half a million dollars in hopes of attracting a buyer. The actress has owned the property since 2007, but hasn't lived there in a number of years, as it was undergoing an extensive renovation before being listed on the market. She purchased it way back when for $4.3 million, so she stands to make a buck off the sale.

The Wild Things star first tried to sell it in June 2008 for $4.25 million, and after multiple price reductions, the home reached a low of $3.2 million in June 2010 and was subsequently taken off the market for a revamping.

The abode was expanded from 5,651 square-feet to a noticeably more spacious 8,284 square-feet, and has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, as well as 2 half baths.

The style of decorating doesn't exactly fit the ranch exterior, as we think it would be more appropriate decor for the Playboy mansion. From the gothic living room to the cheetah staircase to the grotto pool, it's just too much. That doesn't mean the new owner can't paint and redecorate, though!

Selling to shack up?! It looks that way!

Calvin Harris has listed his Sunset Strip bachelor pad for $9.9 million amid rumors he's moving in with girlfriend Taylor Swift. The famous DJ purchased the home back in 2013 for only $7 million, so he's bound to make quite the profit off this sale!

Perks of the house include floor-to-ceiling windows, a home theater, stone fireplaces throughout, parking for up to 10 cars, an infinity pool, and a spa/sauna/steam room. We're a little shocked he didn't have a recording studio installed!

The Scottish hunk has another property in Beverly Hills, but rumor has it he's looking to live with T-Swizzle once she finishes remodeling the Samuel Goldwyn estate in Beverly Hills, which she secretly purchased for $25 million back in October.

These lovebirds sure do love their pricey real estate!
