A chic pad for a chic pair!

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen opened the doors to their NYC loft for Architectural Digest, and the vibe is exactly what we pictured the couple wanting.

The lovebirds are the first to acknowledge that most homebuyers are looking for natural light, but that they prefer a darker and more moody atmosphere! "We tend to look for the opposite of what most people want," the R&B singer explained to the mag. The Sports Illustrated model added that she loved the exposed brick walls, and insisted she'd "rather have a wall than a view of the Empire State Building."

Interior designer Don Stewart, who also designed their L.A. property, was in charge of the decor. "This apartment just embodies everything that I love. I love dark and rustic, but it's still very clean and very chic. It feels like our place in LA, but in New York," the cat walker gushed.

The duo purchased the 1,969 square-foot abode, located in Little Italy, for $2.5 million in February 2013. If they ever plan on having kids they're going to have to part with this place!

CELEBDIGS EXCLUSIVE - Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Finally Move In To $20 Million Mansion

kim-kardashian-kanye-west-house-20mil-main.jpg

After living with mom Kris Jenner for the last few years, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are finally ready to settle in to the $20 million Hidden Hills mansion they purchased last fall.

The home has been undergoing minor renovations, but when we took a peek over the weekend, we saw both of their cars in the parking circle for the first time, and an insider tells CelebDigs that the duo have in fact moved in.

"Kim has been dying to get into this place ever since they made an offer," our source tells us. "Living with [Kris] has been great, but Kanye has been pushing for them to move out, so this worked out well. It's one less thing for them to stress about." And if the couple really are having marital problems, perhaps this will help ease tension? Either way, this has been a long time coming!

The gated 15,667-square-foot home has 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and not only does it sit on 3 acres with vineyards, but it's just 5 minutes from Jenner's compound in Calabasas. Kris recently joked that she wanted to move in with Kimye, so it certainly looks like she'll be over a lot!

Other features include a gym, a steam shower, a sauna, a gourmet kitchen with three islands, a game room, a home theater, a wet bar, a library and a guest house with a fireplace. Outside there are two pools and hot tubs, two BBQs and a 1,050-square-foot "entertaining pavilion" with a fireplace, along with rock speakers, three fountains, a garden and there's even a sports court. According to listing info, "nothing like this [has been] created before in Hidden Hills."

No wonder Kimye got the place!

Check Out The $410,000-A-Week Yacht Leonardo DiCaprio Rented For New Year's In St. Barth

leonardo-dicaprio-yacht-paraffin-010515.jpg

Leonardo DiCaprio is currently cruising around the Caribbean on the Paraffin, and it looks like the 40-year-old star really wanted to go big for the start of 2015, because the yacht rents for whopping $410,000 a week. Hope he's having a good time with all those bikini-clad models -- for that price, he better be!

The boat is listed for sale for $42 million, and the nearly 200-foot vessel comes with just about everything one could possibly want. It sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 staterooms, and there's room for 17 crew members. There's a jacuzzi, a swimming platform, a gorgeous deck and a gym, along top-of-the-line appliances and fancy decor. From the hardwood floors to the marble in the bathroom, it looks like the remodel the boat underwent in 2012 was pretty substantial.

FYI: In the summer one can rent the Paraffin to cruise around the Western Mediterranean for a much more reasonable $385,376 a week.

Zachary Quinto Buys $3.1 Million NYC Loft

zachary-quinto-house-main.jpg

Actor Zachary Quinto and partner Miles McMillan have purchased this NoHo townhome in Manhattan for $3.162 million, and it may be small, but it's quite stunning!

The 2,195-square-foot full-floor loft sits in a 7-unit building that's nearly 100 years old, and it has 2.5 baths and space for three bedrooms. The key-lock elevator opens into the kitchen, and there is a 25x23-foot living/dining space with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and storage. As far as views, there aren't any, but the four north-facing windows look out over a firehouse. Not bad!

There's lots of exposed brick and wide-plank walnut floors, along with a common roof deck and a private storage space. The place was recently renovated, but given the lack of amenities, we don't really get why it's $3 million. Then again, that's New York pricing for you!

Last October Quinto sold his tiny Los Feliz pad for nearly $1.3 million, which is quite a bit more than the $865,000 he paid for in 2008.

Bruno Mars Buys $6.5 Million Mansion In Studio City

bruno-mars-home-main.jpg

$6.5 million gets you a pretty awesome home in Beverly Hills, but if you keep going over the hill and into the valley, you can buy something even more massive -- and that's exactly what musician Bruno Mars did a few months ago.

The singer purchased this 9,000-square-foot home in the Fryman Canyon neighborhood of the valley, and not only does it sit on a whopping 2 acres of land, but it has everything from a wine cellar to a steam room -- not to mention amazing views!

The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate is inside a double-gated community, and it was last purchased in July 2013 for $5.7 million, redecorated and listed for $7.787 million this past March.

In addition to an infinity pool and an amazing backyard, the home has a family room with a bar, two giant walk-in closets, a fireplace, a chef's kitchen and um, plenty of color. And animal print. And they're mixed together. Not our style, but clearly there's some sort of a market for this...

Mars still has a smaller home on Mulholland Drive that he bought for $3.329 million in 2012, and he owns a 4,100-square-foot pad in Hawaii. We're curious to see if and when his other LA home goes up for sale!
