Lena Dunham Buys $2.7 Million L.A. Home

She's plunking down some of that HBO cash!

Lena Dunham is the proud owner of this $2.7 million L.A. home, and it's exactly what you would expect for the quirky TV writer.

The property sits on 2,500 square feet and boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and has a country style interior and shabby chic design. There is a swimming pool on the grounds, which must be a nice perk considering the 28-year-old primarily resides at her Brooklyn penthouse in chilly NYC.

Although the Girls star has admitted to disliking the City of Angels in the past, she comes here every year to edit her show, and attends various award shows on a regular basis, so she must have gotten tired of staying in hotels and decided to put down roots in the city.

Welcome to boy's town, Miss Dunham!

Joe Cocker's Colorado Estate Goes Back On The Market For $7.85 Million

Joe Cocker's Colorado home was first listed last spring for $7.85 million, and after the singer passed away in December, his family has re-listed the 243-acre estate for the same price. (FYI: The spread can be purchased unfurnished for $7 million.)

Dubbed the "Mad Dog Ranch," the Crawford, Colorado home sits behind the beautiful backdrop of Needle Rock, and the grounds are simply stunning. The home was custom-built in 1994, and there are fully-equipped equestrian facilities on site, along with a "man-made acre-sized swimming hole."

The 15,873-square-foot home has nine bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half baths, and this includes a private guest suite. CELEBDIGS EXCLUSIVE - Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Build Nori Her Own Private Playground At Their $20 Million Mansion

Only the best for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's little girl!

On Wednesday afternoon spotted construction workers putting up a giant wooden playground on Kimye's $20 million Hidden Hills property, and after working for several hours, the process still wasn't complete!

The jungle gym has two platforms that are connected by a set of curved monkey bars, and there are several slots for slides as well. But no swings? Hopefully that's coming later, because we can't imagine a playground without a swingset! Then again, these are the parents who dress their 20-month-old toddler in leather pants and drag her to New York Fashion Week events, so we can't expect too much from them...

Kim and Kanye picked up the sprawling 16,000-square-foot estate last August, and they also bought the neighboring 2,842-square-foot home for $2.9 million. The property has several pools, vineyards and all sorts of ridiculous features, so clearly this happy family will be here for a while!

CELEBDIGS EXCLUSIVE - Justin Bieber Moves In To Beverly Hills Mansion After Drama At His Last Two Party Pads

Justin Bieber has found a new place to call home -- and has the exclusive details on the pop star's new Beverly Hills crib!

The 6,000-square-foot mansion has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and though it's about 1,500 square feet smaller than Bieber's last pad, the gorgeous pool and stunning interiors make up for the difference in size. The original structure was torn down and rebuilt in 2010, and according to listing info it was remodeled in 2011, but we have a feeling that's when construction was completed. Last spring it was put on the market for just under $6 million, but no transactions appear to have taken place since then.

The pad has terrazzo floors and hardwood throughout, and from a steam shower to a home theater, this seems like the perfect spot for Bieber. There are large windows and sweeping city views, and the pool area has a colorful lighting system, which is something Bieber has been a fan of at his other residences.

After moving out of his Calabasas mansion last year, Bieber briefly settled in to a Beverly Hills condo, and after causing chaos there, he started leasing a $60k-a-month mansion in the Hollywood Hills. Of course, wherever the Biebs goes, the all-night ragers follow, and after a number of complaints from his neighbors, the pop star moved out earlier this month.

But just as soon as Bieber cleared the last of his things out, rapper Meek Mill rented the place for a week to throw a wild Grammy party, and according to reports, the place was totally trashed. Yikes! But it seems as though Bieber is in the clear re: the Grammy fiasco...

We're just wondering how long Bieber will last at this pad? He's just as fickle with his real estate as he is with his women!
