He really loves the 'Bu!

John McEnroe just bought this gorgeous contemporary Malibu mansion for a whopping $21 million, Variety reports. The tennis legend and his wife clearly love the seaside town, as this is the third home they've purchased in the area.

The 6,500 square-foot 90s contemporary property sits right on the sand in the gated Paradise Cove area and boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, as well as 3 half baths. All of the bedrooms have stunning ocean views and high ceilings.

In addition to swanky sleeping quarters, the pad also features expansive living and dining areas, a wine cellar, gourmet kitchen, a library/office, and a wet bar.

This place is just down the street from a $3.3 million estate they scooped up in 2013. Maybe they're on a mission to build a compound?! Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are just a few of their famous neighbors, too!

His real estate portfolio isn't super diverse, but it sure is nice!

Peek Inside Kanye West's $4.5 Million NYC Loft That Inspired His Fashion Collection

This place looks cozy... NOT!

Kanye West drew inspiration from his second Yeezy collection from this $4.5 million NYC loft that he's owned since he was 26-years-old, and now it all makes sense!

The Claudio Silvestrin-designed home is extremely sparse with a totally neutral palette, which is exactly how we'd describe Yeezus' clothing designs. His former bachelor pad is constructed with French limestone and pear wood and centers around two monolithic structures, which serve as a kitchen/bar and a basin/bathtub.

Located on Houston Street in Manhattan, the pad has hosted everyone from Kim Kardashian and Nori to Kendall Jenner and her pal Hailey Baldwin. The rapper made moves to sell the property in 2013 but ultimately decided to pull it off the market.

A little furniture wouldn't hurt!

They're crazy to leave this place!

Yolanda and David Foster have moved out of the massive Malibu mansion they placed on the market for $27.5 million in February 2014, the reality star revealed on Instagram.

"Beautiful ending to a beautiful chapter of our life...... Colorful memories of Love, Life and Family will live within our hearts forever.#SaluteToMalibuMagic #ByeByeHomeSweetHome #OverAndOut," she captioned a snapshot of herself and her husband in the backyard.

The reason for packing up? The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's battle with Lyme disease has made it difficult to run the estate.

"This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible. My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar," the Dutch model explained to Us Weekly.

The 11, 622 square-foot pad boasts jaw-dropping ocean views and has 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, as well as an office, library, screening room, recording studio, and exercise room.

The biggest perk? Orchards of citrus and avocado trees!

Couldn't they just hire someone to do the upkeep?!
