Superman has another superpower!

Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer bought this Brentwood home from Ricki Lake last January for $8.45 million, and now they've flipped it and are ready to sell it for $10.25 million. It previously belonged to Courtenay Cox, who sold it to Lake for $5.6 million in 2002. The price just keeps going up on this pad!

The 6,320 square-foot estate boasts 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, in addition to floor-to-ceiling French doors, skylit bathrooms, fireplaces, and private terraces. The grounds feature a tree shaded terrace, as well as built-in barbecue and swimming pool with spa.

It is unclear whether the A-list couple ever actually lived here, but one thing is clear - they will make a pretty penny of the sale!

neil-patrick-harris-house-main.jpg

Neil Patrick Harris and husband David Burtka purchased their Harlem townhouse in August of 2013, and after spending a year remodeling the place, they finally moved in last fall. Now, the gents are ready to show off the results of their renovation, and we have to say, we're quite impressed!

NPH and his hubs bought the five-story townhouse for $3.6 million, and with 8,000 square foot of space, they had plenty of room to get creative. In addition to the 5,000-square-foot main house with four bedrooms, there are two terraces and a 2,000-square-foot commercial space comprised "of a beautiful loft-like duplex with mezzanine, exposed bricks, hard wood floors and 12' ceilings."

Burtka says he "just had that feeling" when he first entered the residence, and clearly they had more than a feeling -- they had a serious vision! Check out the pics in the gallery below...

Scooter Braun Lists Sunset Strip Home For $11.6 Million

scooter-braun-sunset-strip-main.jpg

Late last year Scooter Braun purchased a stunning Brentwood home for $13 million, and now it looks like the music manager is finally ready to part with his Hollywood Hills mansion. Braun purchased the home in August 2011 for $5.7 million, but he's put it on the market for a whopping $11.6 million. Um, unless the home comes with a garage full of cars and includes monthly appearances by Justin Bieber, we're not sure why he jacked the price up so much!

The pad has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in over 5,000 square feet of living space, and not only does it boast amazing views of Los Angeles, but it has a decent amount of yard space with a stunning pool and spa. The walled home doesn't look very impressive when you drive by two-car garage facing the street, but once you enter and walk on a path though a koi pond, you get a feel for the size (and stunning design) of the place.

There's a large living room and a corkscrew staircase that takes you up to a loft gallery with an office nook, and there are floor-to-ceiling windows in just about every room of the house. We have to say, we love the simple yet modern decor, and this pad is definitely an entertainer's dream, complete with a sizable outdoor living space as well.
