Wilmer Valderrama Lists Tarzana Party Pad For $3.495 Million

Wilmer Valderrama has listed his gated compound in Tarzana for $3,495,000, and while we aren't that impressed with some of the interior photos, the pad sits on 2.2 acres and features a water slide and a sand volleyball court.

Valderrama bought the home in June of 2005 for $3,525,000 from Chuck Norris, nad over the past few years he's sold two other pads in the valley. Hmm, is the former That 70s Show star looking to pool together some money for a new pad or is he going broke? He hasn't exactly done anything noteworthy over the years few years...

The property features a 5,039-square-foot single story main house with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including a including master with a large walk-in closet and dual showers plus a spa tub. There is a separate 1,700-square-foot two-bedroom guest house, along with a 2,300-square-foot game/multi-purpose room with 12 parking spots. We weren't kidding when we said party pad!

There is also a four car collector's-style garage, a professional lighted tennis/basketball court and a regulation sand volleyball court. However, the best feature by far is the resort-style beach-entry pool/spa with a waterfall grotto and water slide ... check out 30+ pics in the gallery below!
