Wayne Gretzky just listed his Scottsdale-area home for $3.2 million after originally purchasing the place back in 2003 for $2 million.
Sitting on a little over an acre in a gated community, the Tuscan-style abode boasts 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Described as "sophisticated and elegant", the estate features wood beam ceilings, high-end amenities, and a resort-style back yard that's perfect for entertaining.
The hockey legend is a longtime resident of Southern California, so it sounds like he was itching to get back to a familiar environment!
