Alexander Skarsgard has snapped up a cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills, and while the $1.85 million pad is only 2,479 square feet, it sure is lovely to look at!

The mid-century modern residence sits above the trendy Los Feliz neighborhood, and it was built by architect Phil Brown in 1963. The home boasts lofty ceilings and large windows with a spectacular view of Los Angeles, along with a large roof deck and a lap-length swimming pool.

The master bedroom has two closets and the attached master bathroom has a double vanity, a two-person soaking tub set into a glass-tiled platform and a separate stall shower.

Despite living and working in Los Angeles for years, the Swedish-born film and television actor didn't actually close on this home until this past spring. It's about time he settled down!
