Tom Cruise Sells NYC Condo For $3 Million

Now that's he single, maybe he's looking for a more swanky bachelor pad?

Tom Cruise just signed a contract to sell his $3 million East Village condo, which is located in the American Felt Building, The Real Deal reports.

The 2,200 square foot apartment was purchased by the A-list actor in 1984 after his smash hit Risky Business catapulted him to superstardom. The building has 41 unique units and is located at 114 East 13th Street.

The pad boasts 2 bedrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, lofted ceilings, and more.

"The floor plans may seem small, but some creative engineering has turned the loft apartments into unique spaces tricked out with platforms, balconies, extra windows, and interior walls. Truly, no two apartments are alike in this building," reads a description from streeteasy.com.

Other famous tenants living in the building include Bret Easton Ellis, Fabrizio Moretti and Ryan Gentles.

The action star is said to be leaving the building in favor of finding a place in either Westchester or Connecticut, where a private drive-in garage would help him avoid photographers and unwanted attention.

Looks like Suri might be moving to the 'burbs!
