Simon Cowell has reportedly put his most recently acquired Beverly Hills residence on the market for $20 million, which is $4.5 million more than he paid for the place when he bought it in October 2011 from AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips.
The pad, which isn't even Cowell's primary residence, was built in 1966 but clearly has undergone extensive renovations over the years. Cowell spends most of his time at his Palm Drive mansion (purchased in 2004 for $8 million), and he also has another home down the street, which he bought in March 2006 for $5.7 million.
The 7,265-square-foot home sits on a .65 acre lot in the exclusive Trousdale estate section of Beverly Hills, and it boasts stunning views of Los Angeles. The property has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and brag-worthy features include a stunning pool, a screening room, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a built-in outdoor barbecue, and a formal dining room "with walls of glass that open up bringing the outdoors in."
