All she wants to do is have some fun... and unload this real estate!
Sheryl Crow just slashed the price for a second time on her Hollywood Hills compound, which was originally listed at $16 million last October. In January, the home was reduced to $13.9 million, and it just took another cut to the current price of $12.4 million. She purchased the pad back in 1993 for $885,000 so we're pretty confident she won't sell at a loss no matter how many reductions she makes.
The compound, comprised of three homes sitting on over 11 acres of land, boasts a campsite area, hiking trails and a stunning infinity pool.
The main house, with Spanish-style architecture, boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a library, chef's kitchen and wine cellar.
The second house comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and stunning views of Hollywood.
As for house three, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and was built in 1895.
The grand total comes to 9 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and a whole lotta land. Sounds like a steal ... if you have $12.4 million to drop!
