Olympic Snowboarder Shaun White Buys $3.85 Million Beach House

Shaun White recently purchased a 3,500-square-foot beach house in Encinitas, California, and though the mansion was listed for $4.25 million, he was able to talk the sellers down to $3.85 million. Not only is he a pro on the slopes, but it sounds like he's just as skilled when it comes to negotiations!

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home has a private staircase that leads down to the beach, and other amenities include floor-to-ceiling windows, a huge deck with a fire pit and a gourmet kitchen. Sounds like the perfect spot to entertain!
