Serena Williams just unloaded her L.A. highrise condo for $1.8 million after purchasing the place back in 2002 for $1.2 million. Someone knows when to sell at the right time!

The 2,403 square-foot abode is located on the 15th floor and boasts 2 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, direct elevator access, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces, and spectacular views of the city. It also comes with granite countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, walk-in closets and marble bathrooms.

The amenities include a doorman, concierge service, valet parking, gym, swimming pool, spa, wine storage space, a library and a rec room.

Miss Williams won't be homeless, though! She also owns houses in Bel Air, California and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
