Sarah Jessica Parker and hubby Matthew Broderick have put their New York townhouse, located on East 19th Street, on the market. The twosome bought the Greek revival 5-story spread just last year for $18.995 million.

The 6,800 square-foot home boasts six bedrooms, five bathrooms, seven fireplaces, a five-zone Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning system, and state-of-the-art security system that includes a video intercom and five camera.

Parker, 47, Broderick, 50 and their three children currently live in Manhattan's West Village.
