Robbie Williams has re-listed his massive Compton Bassett House estate in the U.K., this time for 5.5 million pounds, or approximately $8.63 million.
Williams reportedly purchased the property in 2009 for 8.1 million pounds, which was $13.4 million in June of 2009 and about $12.71 million now (thanks RealEstalker!). The former boy bander put the pad back on the market for 7.5 million pounds ($11.7 million) in 2010, but took it off the market. With the price it's listed at now, that's nearly a $4 million loss -- ouch!
Money might not be that much of an issue for the singer though (he's worth an estimated $160 million), but we still can't believe that the nearly 20,000-square-foot pad is listed at this price! The estate sits on 71.55 acres and has 7 bedrooms, 5 reception rooms, 8 bathrooms, tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub and "magical gardens," according to listing information.
The property also boasts a steam room, a sauna and changing rooms, 2 staff flats and a detached cottage, and there is also a helicopter hangar and a soccer field.
