Robbie Williams has put his five bedroom, five bathroom Beverly Hills compound on the market for $3,600,000, and get this -- there's even has a soccer field on the property!
Seeing as he's hanging on to his 10,600-square-foot property in Mulholland Estates, it appears as though he's unloading this pad because he's sick of it. I mean, what else would explain his decision to list the pad for $100,000 less than he paid for it in 2005? (And that's not including realtor's fees or the money he's spent upgrading it!)
There are two residences on the .81 acre lot, connected by garden paths and exterior stairways. Property records show that the three bedroom, four bathroom, two-story main house measures 3,525 square feet, and it's surrounded by a sparkling pool shaded by trees.
A second, 1,134-square-foot, single-story house (which was originally built in 1951, five years after the original home) has two bedrooms, one bathrooms and its own swimming pool. A two-story guest house sits right next to the soccer field ... perfect for a nanny!
