Rihanna's Leaky Former L.A Estate Flipped For Double Her Selling Price

When RiRi lived there she needed an umbrella, ella ella... but the new owner won't!

Rihanna unloaded this Beverly Crest estate last December for $5.03 million, and subsequently sued the developers, inspection firm, engineer, and other related parties, claiming the property had design flaws that led to extreme waterlogging.

The abode is back on the market again, this time for double the price the pop star received from its sale a year prior. Although it's unclear what renovations were made, the house is now listed for $9.9 million. Yowzas, sounds like a master house flipper got their hands on the home!

The mini mansion boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a home theater, pool and spa.

Let's hope all the repairs have been taken care of for this price tag!
