Rachel Zoe has a new rental crib, according to RealEstalker, and interestingly enough, it's just a few blocks away from the Beverly Hills mansion she had been leasing for the last few years.
The celeb stylist is throwing down $26,000 a month for the 10,000-square-foot home, and seeing as the pad was listed for $29,500, it sounds like she was able to negotiate herself a little bit of a deal. But will she be able to remodel the place? She did it with her last pad (with the help of Jeremiah Brent and his fiance Nate Berkus), and given how um, outdated the interior is, we can't imagine Zoe plans on keeping it this way!
The home was built brand new in 1987, and it has a total of six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. There is a massive double-height entry, large formal living and dining areas and hardwood floors throughout. There's a fully-paneled library with built-in bookcases, a four-plus stool built-in wet bar, and while the kitchen is spacious, it has a very odd fish eye aquarium that sticks out on the wall of the breakfast nook. There is a terrace on the back of the house that overlooks a sparkling swimming pool with an inset spa, and while this all sounds nice, we're not sure why she'd want to splash so much cash around on a place she plans on gutting!
