Pharrell Williams has reduced the price on his 40th-floor Miami penthouse yet again!
The music producer first listed the home in November of 2012 for $16.8 million, in January he reduced the price to $13.999 million, and now he's slashed it yet again and dropped it to $10.9 million. Williams bought the 9,000-square-foot duplex in 2007 for $12.525 million, so he's definitely taking a loss. Bummer!
Pharrell described the pad as living in a “reverse fishbowl,” and with huge glass windows and uninterrupted views of Miami and Biscayne Bay, it's easy to see why! The home has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pool and jacuzzi, a built-in buffet in the dining area, a built-in entertainment center, a home theater with plush red leather recliners, a billiard room and there's even a plant watering system!
