Fashion Heiress Patricia Gucci Lists California Ranch For $9 Million

Fashion heiress to the Gucci fortune Patricia Gucci just listed her Moroccan-style ranch for a whopping $9 million.

The sprawling property sits on 23 acres of land in the San Jacinto Mountains, and the main house alone is 10,885 square feet! It has beautiful views of the Coachella Valley and three of California's highest peaks.

Called Casa Azzura, the abode boasts 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a massive kitchen, office, library, media room and movie theater.

As if the main residence wasn't swanky enough, there is a guest house, full tennis court, pool, and spa on the grounds.

The heiress bought the place back in 1993 for $950,000, but an elaborate extension and remodel contributed to the current price tag on the pad.
