The Malibu beachfront mansion that superstars like P.Diddy and Usher have rented in summer's past has now hit the market for a whopping $16.75 million! The price has already been marked down an estimated $3 million from the original asking price!

Located on Malibu's celebrity-filled Broad Beach, the property sits on more than half an acre and has 80 feet of beach frontage.
