The Prince of Malibu is apparently finding a new palace!

Mel Gibson just sold his massive Malibu mansion for $9 million after placing it on the market back in March 2010 for $14.5 million.

Known as Lavender Hill Farm, the estate sits on three acres of lush property and boasts six bedrooms, a pool, spa, tennis court, detached media room, detached gym, entertainment pavilion, three guesthouses, and an orchard.

The home was "originally built by an award winning composer," according to the listing. There are also reports of a chapel on the property.

Mel's on the move!
