Megan Mullally Puts Her Hollywood Hills Home On The Market For $12.65 Million

Megan Mullally and husband Nick Offerman have put their house in the Hollywood Hills on the market for $12.65 million.

The 3,803-square-foot home has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, and it sits on about a quarter of an acre of land. Not only does it boast an amazing swimming pool with panoramic city views, but the pad is in the popular "bird streets" area of LA, and the infamous Winklevoss twins just bought the property next door for $18 million.

The kitchen is filled with white-washed oak cabinetry, and there is an adjoining breakfast/family room with pink and purple accents. The master bedroom opens to the spacious back yard, and the master bathroom is equipped with both a soaking tub and a shower.

The couple purchased the 1963 contemporary in March of 2003 for $3.95 million, so even if they don't get their full asking price, they're definitely getting a good deal!
