Matthew Perry Re-Lists Hollywood Hills Home For $5.3 Million

Matthew Perry is re-listing his Hollywood Hills home for $5.295 million, which is $400,000 less than the asking price when he first put the house on the market in October of 2011.

The 4,100-square-foot home was built 1955, and it may only have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, but it it sits on a third of an acre of land and boasts spectacular views of the city. Other amenities include a home theater, a gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and lots of windows and open space.

Perry bought the home for $4.475 million in 2008, and last year he purchased a Sunset Strip pad and listed his West Hollywood condo and a home in Malibu. Talk about a lot of turnover!
