After we learned that actor Matthew Modine was selling his sweet NYC pad, we were wondering where he'd settle down next, and it turns out he's bought a beautiful modern home on a walkstreet in Venice, California for $2.45 million.
The 2,030-square-foot-home sits on a 3,146-square-foot lot, and it has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The pad, which was built in 2003, first came on the market at $2.395 million, so it looks like the Dark Knight Rises star had to get into a bit of a bidding war to score the house!
The home features an open floor plan, heated polished concrete floors and sliding glass doors that open to a courtyard garden with a fireplace, and the master suite takes up the entire second floor.
