Mary-Louise Parker has listed her 10-room, New York City duplex apartment for $7 million.

The Emmy award-winning Weeds actress first listed the beautiful co-op back in March for $7.9 million, but there were no takers.

The two-floor, two-unit combination spread comes with gorgeous views of the city.

After splitting with ex husband Billy Crudup back in 2005, Parker bought out his portion of the home for $1.5 million.
