Musician Mark Foster has purchased this $2.1 million home in the Hollywood Hills from actor Maurice Benard, according to RealEstalker.
Benard previously listed it in September 2008 for $3.599 million and again late last year for $2.399 million, so Foster definitely got quite a deal on the pad, which sits on over 1.2 acres land.
The home may only have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, but it has 4,600 square feet of living space and spectacular views. The two-story living room has pitched beam ceilings, wood floors and wall-to-wall windows, and there is a library/sitting area and a spacious family room with tile floors. The designer kitchen features Thermador appliances, granite counters, wood cabinetry and a breakfast bar, and other amenities include a private screening room, a gym and a massive deck.
Wonder if Foster the People will be doing any small acoustic concerts this summer from their back yard?
