Madonna Drops The Price On Her Beverly Hills Mansion From $28 Million To 22.5 Million

Last spring various real estate sites reported that Madonna quietly put her Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $28 million, and now the 54-year-old pop superstar has lowered her asking price to $22.5 million.

Madge purchased the pad in June of 2003 from actress Sela Ward for around $12 million, and after extensive renovations, it is now a 17,000-square-foot home with 9 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms. The home sits on 1.14 acre and has a 500-foot gated driveway, and though there are no interior photos of the place, an insider tells RealEstalker that it is "comfy" and "surprisingly normal" inside.

The home has two living rooms, a formal dining room and a junior dining room, a theater, a home gym, an art studio, a tennis court, a sparkling pool with an adjacent cabana and beautifully landscaped gardens. There are two offices, two guest houses and additional rooms for staff/assistants, along with plenty of parking.
