Linda Hamilton just sold her Malibu mansion for $4 million, which is significantly lower than her original asking price of $5.49 million. The Terminator actress has owned the home since 1995.

The estate sits on 4,754 square-feet and boasts manicured lawns, sprawling gardens and patios, a pool, waterfall, and six garages. The whole place has a Mediterranean-themed vibe to it, creating a tropical oasis for its new owner.

The 56-year-old star received a $50 million settlement in her divorce from Avatar director James Cameron back in 1999, so clearly she's got no shortage of cash to snatch up another pricey pad!
