Lil Wayne Buys Waterfront Miami Mansion For $11.6 Million

After leasing this stunning 15,101-square-foot Miami Beach pad for two years, Lil Wayne recently plunked down $11.6 million and bought the place.

The three-story home sits on about 120 feet of waterfront land on La Gorce Island, a private gated community where Cher once lived. The front of the home has large expanses of glass, steel and marble, and the two-story master suite is accessed by a glass and steel elevator. The property also features a sparkling pool, a three-bedroom guesthouse and ample parking, and there is a private dock as well.

A few months ago the Grammy-winning rapper said in an interview that he wants to retire by the age of 35 to spend more time with his four children. He's only 30 now and already worth nearly $100 million, so it looks like he's right on track!
