Larry David Lists Pacific Palisades Compound For $14.9 Million

This is quite the palatial estate!

Larry David just listed his massive Pacific Palisades compound for a whopping $14.9 million bucks!

The Curb Your Enthusiasm star and his now ex-wife Laurie bought three separate lots to make one giant property. They purchased the first in November 1993, followed by the second in May 1996 and the third in March 1999.

The home was originally built in 1950 and has 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The impressive abode sits on more than 10,000 square-feet and boasts wood beamed ceilings, lead glass windows, wood burning fireplaces, an entertainment room, formal dining room, and a gourmet kitchen.

The grounds are equally as swanky!

The place has stunning ocean views, a heated pool and spa, and a guest house.

The Seinfeld creator won't be homeless, though! He also owns an almost equally as large compound in ritzy Martha's Vineyard.

Being funny pays the bills... and then some!
