Lance Armstrong sold his stunning Austin home for a reported $10 million last week, and while you could say he's downsizing with his new pad, it's actually even bigger!
Lance's new property cost $4.34 million, but the 12,500-square-foot-home sits on 3.6 acres of land, and it even has a 200-foot bridge (which was installed via a helicopter) to connect the main house to the boat house, which sits on Lake Austin. The five-bedroom home is in the gated community of Rob Roy, and it was recently featured in Architectural Digest. I guess that doping scandal hasn't hit him that hard on a financial level ... not yet, anyway!
The pad is comprised of four separate structures, all designed by local architect Arthur Andersson, and it includes a sports court, a home theater, a stunning pool and an art studio.
