What a majestic home!
Kevin Costner's former home in La Canada Flintridge, California has just hit the market for a whopping $4.95 million. The Oscar-winning actor sold the pad back in 1999 for $2.69 million, and since then the property has undergone extensive renovations, hence the elevated current asking price.
Designed by architect John McInnes, the 7,500 suqare-feet European-style villa boasts 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and elaborate use of marble, custom cabinetry, hand painted ceiling frescoes, a game room, and artist's studio. In addition to all of that, there is a wine cellar, manicured gardens, a pool and tennis court.
Not a bad price to ask for a piece of heaven... Hollywood legend heaven, that is!
