Kelsey Grammer Settles In To $30K A Month Beverly Hills Rental

Kelsey Grammer has a new family with fourth wife Kayte Walsh and their baby daughter Faith, and the 57-year-old actor now has a new place to call home, as he's renting a five bedroom, six bathroom Beverly Hills mansion for an astounding $30,000 a month.

The Spanish-style pad was originally designed in 1926 by Ralph C. Flewelling, and it features several fireplaces, wood beamed ceilings, a stunning pool and outdoor entertaining area, maid's quarters and a guesthouse. The kitchen may not be brand new, but there is refrigerated wine storage and a butler's pantry. As far as parking, there is a detached 3-car garage and a gated motor court.

While Kelsey and his ex-wife Camille were in the middle of finalizing their divorce settlement over the summer, they listed their $7 million vacation estate in Beaver Creek, Colorado and their $18 million Beverly Hills home, and in August Camille put her $17.9 million Malibu mansion on the market and split the payout with her former hubby. But when will he plunk down some serious dough and buy a new pad for his family?
