Kelly Ripa And Mark Consuelos List SoHo Penthouse for $24.5 Million

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are selling their Soho penthouse at 76 Crosby Street for a whopping $24.5, but interestingly enough, the two have been trying to unload the pad since the summer of 2010.

Ripa and Consuelos paid $9.5 million for the property in 2005, and despite a two-year renovation, it seems like they've lost interest in the stunning 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom pad. The home features a dreamy kitchen that's filled with high end appliances, Carrara marble and custom wood and stainless cabinetry, and the master bathroom boasts a deep air jet Jacuzzi soaking tub and a steam shower.

A second dining room sits on the second floor of the home with a full outdoor kitchen, and there is 2,500 square feet of private deck space, along with an outdoor fireplace. There's also a media room, a second office, a home gym with access to a hot tub and outdoor shower, and there's even a service elevator.

Our only question is this: Why on EARTH would Kelly and her hubby want to move?!
