Katy Perry Renting A Three Bedroom Condo In West Hollywood

After moving out of the Hollywood mansion she shared with ex-husband Russell Brand, Katy Perry is now reportedly renting a three-bedroom condo in West Hollywood's Colonial House, where previous tenants include Bette Davis, Cary Grant and Clark Gable.

The building was designed by Leland A. Bryant in 1930 and it's nationally landmarked, and amenities include a sparkling pool, hardwood floors, views of the city and arched doorways, along with Spanish tiling detail in the bathroom. Perry is said to be forking over an estimated $8,500 in rent a month, and just for comparison's sake, a sone-bedroom in the same building is listed at $3,800 a month.
