Settling squabbles in court sure makes you the big bucks, apparently!
Judge Judy's New York City penthouse apartment has just hit the market for a whopping $9 million. She purchased the place three years ago for $6.75 million, so she must have made some serious renovations!
Located in the posh Sherry Netherland building on Fifth Avenue, the condo sits on 3,000 square feet and boasts 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, hardwood floors, walk-in closets and spectacular city views.
The maintenance costs for the abode are a staggering $17,411 a month, but if you have the money to purchase the place, those fees shouldn't be difficult to handle.
Judge Judy and her husband also own homes in Naples, Florida and Greenwich, Connecticut.
