John Legend Sells N.Y.C. Condo For $775,000 Profit

He knows a thing or two about the real estate market, apparently!

John Legend just unloaded his East Village condo for $2.675 million after originally listing the place for sale for $2.9 million. He purchased the property back in 2009 for $1.9 million, which means he made a cool $775,000 off the deal. Not too shabby!

The 1,359 square-foot pad was done by celebrity designer Andres Escobar and features 1 bedroom and 2.5 baths. It boasts floor-to-ceiling glass walls, awesome city views, a rooftop deck and swimming pool.

Amenities include a doorman, gym in the building, and indoor parking.

We guess his Sports Illustrated model girlfriend Chrissy Teigen will have to find a new rooftop pool for sunbathing!
