We love the pants he designs, so naturally we're drooling over Joe's Jeans founder Joe Dahan's Hollywood Hills home!
Dahan has just listed his Hollywood Hills digs, and though the realtor's website puts the price at $10.995 million, RealEstalker has the amount at $9.995 mil. Either way, it's a pretty expensive pad!
The home originally designed in the late 1960s by Hal Leavitt, and Dahan purchased the place in October 2005 for $4.650. The home only has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 3,726-square-feet of living space, but it sits on nearly an acre of land and boasts a stunning backyard with bamboo, a greenhouse and a sparkling pool.
The home sits behind a long, gated driveway and features walls of glass, travertine floors and several fireplaces. According to listing info, this is "the ultimate retreat in one of the city’s most coveted areas." We have to agree!
