CELEBDIGS EXCLUSIVE - Jessica Simpson's Mom Tina Leases Jennifer Love Hewitt's Toluca Lake Home

Jennifer Love Hewitt is leasing out her Toluca Lake home to none other than Jessica Simpson's mom Tina!

J. Love bought the four bedroom, four bathroom pad for $5.5 million in 2006, and she's currently renting it out for a whopping $12,500 a month.

The 3,216-square-foot Spanish-style home was built in 1926, and it also features an office with a separate entrance, a music room, a gym, and a family room that opens up to the patio overlooking a private pool, spa and a lakefront dock. The master bedroom also has a view of the lake and as an added bonus, J. Love is letting Tina use her power boat and kayaks.

J. Love sold her other Toluca Lake home, which is just a few lots down, for $2.15 million last December.
