You can live like a football legend... for a price!
Superbowl champ Jerry Rice has re-listed his Atherton, CA mansion at a reduced price of $10.5 million, after placing the home on the market in 2009 for $22 million and then again in July of this year for $13.88 million.
The home, which sits on 14,000 square-feet, boasts 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths, along with an elevator, seven car garage, gourmet kitchen, a home theater, and $2 million in installed electronics. The system is fully equipped with automated smartphone capabilities, enabling the owner to control various appliances and security features from anywhere in the world!
In addition to gadgets, the home also comes with Versace limestone floors, an aquarium, gym, sauna, and Swarovski crystal accents. On the grounds there is a massive pool, jacuzzi, built-in heat lamps, and barbeque pit.
It might not be the most financially sound time to sell, but we can almost guarantee someone will just at the chance to live in a place with all these bells and whistles!
