Jennifer Aniston And Justin Theroux's Bel Air Mansion Under Construction

Looks like quite the palatial pad!

Jennifer Aniston and fiance Justin Theroux purchased this Bel Air mansion at the beginning of the year, but before they move in, the love birds want to make sure their love nest undergoes all the necessary renovations!

Construction is in full swing on the 8,500 square foot property, and it is expected to be completed by early 2013. The Friends actress is already hard at work furnishing her future residence, though, as she was recently spotted shopping for home wares with her beau.

The engaged couple's abode sits high atop the Santa Monica mountains and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. It is part of a gated community with neighbors that include Nicholas Cage and Lauren Bacall.

Only Miss Aniston would rip out an on-site vineyard to add a pool and jacuzzi. The 43-year-old must have needed a place to tan her hot body!

A whopping $21 million!
