Flipping Out's Jeff Lewis Lists Los Angeles Pad For $1.4 Million

Jeff Lewis makes a living out of flipping homes, so it should come as no surprise that he would buy one and turn it around just 6 months later!

After buying a 2,368-square-foot Los Angeles pad for $1,350,000 back in April and spending most of the year renovating it, the Flipping Out star has listed the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property for $1,450,000.

Lewis re-painted the exterior stucco a lovely shade of cement grey, and it sounds like he did quite a bit of work on the inside as well. The open living/dining area has dark hardwood floors, putty-colored walls and stark white trim, and the master bedroom has a brand new attached bathroom with two sinks, a large soaking tub and a separate glass shower stall.

The lower level of the house is used as an office, and it features custom-built floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets, wall to wall carpeting and a brick fireplace that Lewis covered in high gloss black paint. There's a newly installed swimming pool and outdoor terrace, along with an elevated spa with a view of Bronson Canyon.

So where is Lewis off to next? The TV star and his beau Gage Edward have reportedly moved in to their new Los Feliz pad, which was bought in July 2011 for $1,625,000.
