After switching hands a few times over the last 5 years, Gwen Stefani’s former Los Angeles home is on the market for $5.195 million.
Stefani purchased the pad in January 1998 for $1.375 million and sold it in April 2007 to That '70s Show co-creator Mark Brazill for $4.795 million, but Brazill sold the property for a loss of nearly $1 million in October 2008.
The 4,926-square-foot house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and though it was built in 1928, "the property has been renovated with the utmost historical and architectural sensitivity by the current owners, while original vintage details remain intact," according to listing information.
The living room features a 25-foot ceiling, a stone fireplace and French doors which open to the veranda, and there is also a formal dining room, a library, a chef's kitchen and a media/family room which opens to the courtyard patio. Exterior amenities include several patios, an outdoor fireplace, a pool and spa, a cabana bath, fountains, lush landscaping and "verdant ocean view vistas from viewing pad combine for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining."
So where are Gwen and her picture perfect family living now? They purchased a pad in Beverly Hills in August of 2006 for $13.25 million.
