CELEBDIGS EXCLUSIVE - George Clooney And Amal Alamuddin Honeymoon At North Island In The Seychelles

After their extravagant wedding in Italy last weekend, CelebDigs can report that George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin are honeymooning at the North Island resort on the Seychelles islands. Fancy!

The resort is only accessibly by helicopter, and it is made up of 10 Presidential villas, all of which have over 5,000 square feet of living space, along with the super posh North Island Villa, which is set up in an even more private location on the island. The Presidential villas rent for about $3,200 per person per night while the North Island Villa rents for $5,100 per person per night. We're going to go ahead an assume that George and Amal went all out and got the North Island Villa ... that's one pricey honeymoon!

There's a spa and a number of activities for guests (ranging from mountain biking to visiting museums), and as far as dining, you can eat in your villa, at the beach, at the resort's restaurant or at their Sunset Bar.

The resort has hosted Clooney's pals Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, along with Prince William and Kate Middleton, Bill Gates and other superstars.

Our source tells us, "George and Amal were looking for the ultimate, private getaway and I believe it was Brad who told him to go to this resort. It's one of the most beautiful places on earth and George wanted to show Amal something even more amazing than Venice. It was the only place that could top off such an elaborate wedding."

We're jealous ... check out more photos of the resort in our gallery below!
