This is a pretty impressive pad for someone his age!
Frankie Muniz just listed his home in Phoenix, Arizona, for $2.995 million. The Malcolm in the Middle star puchased the place back in August 2010 for $2.65 million, so he stands to make a small profit off this real estate.
Located in the desirable neighborhood of Arcadia, the modern abode overlooks the Camelback Mountains and boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is also a chef's kitchen with update appliances, an outdoor patio, a swimming pool with waterfall, and volleyball and basketball courts. Luxury touches include maple floors, sandblasted limestone, and custom cabinetry.
The former child actor has also owned a home in nearby Scottsdale, as well as one in the Hollywood Hills, that he attempted to sell for $3.1 million in 2011.
Let's hope he doesn't get caught in the middle of a bidding war!
