Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have put their stunning 753-acre ranch estate in Franklin, Tennessee on the market for $20 million.
The property has four separate residences, along with a caretaker's apartment next to a 12-stall barn. One home is an Antebellum-style structure with white columns and historic features, and the primary residence is a log cabin-style building with 3 bedrooms, 4 baths and 3,330 square feet of living space.
McGraw and Hill bought the first estate in 2001 for $8.75 million (that one totaled 400.7 acres) and the second one (353.12 acres) in 2001 for a little over $5 million.
The entire property is covered with pastures, spring-fed ponds and rolling hills, according to listing information.
