She's not desperate - pun intended! - for a buyer to take this place off her hands anymore!

Eva Longoria just sold her Hollywood Hills home for $1.37 million, after it languished on the market for over a year. The actress had originally listed it for $1.39 million, but she still managed to make some money on the sale, considering she purchased it back in 2005 for $1.15 million.

The 2,011 square-foot villa, built in 1924, is quite colorful and features three bedrooms, as well as a grand entrance with a spiral staircase, a formal living room, and balconies throughout. There are also sweeping views of the city, which seem to be the major selling point of the property.

The TV star married her third husband José Antonio Bastón last year, so she's obviously trying to cut down on real estate she never uses. The brunette beauty also has a sprawling estate in San Antonio and two residences in LA.

Her most recent acquisition was Tom Cruise's Hollywood Hills manse, which she picked up $11.4 million in late 2015.

Pretty modest digs if you ask us!
