Emma Stone And Andrew Garfield Settle In To $2.5 Million Beverly Hills Home

Emma Stone and boyfriend Andrew Garfield recently moved into this $2.5 million Beverly Hills home, but Real Estalker speculates that Stone purchased it and Garfield moved in, rather than the two of them buying it jointly.

The 3,862-square-foot ranch-style residence once belonged to the late Dudley Moore, and it's located on a street off of Coldwater Canyon, where it sits behind electronic gates and a thick bougainvillea hedge. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and there are dark hardwood floors, a large white brick fireplace and French doors that open to a concrete and red brick courtyard terrace at the back of the house. One of the four bedrooms has a private bathroom, and the master suite offers a third, marble-faced fireplace and backyard access through another set of French doors.

Other amenities include a large wine closet and a sparkling pool, and we're guessing Emma and Andrew will be ripping down the child fencing, as they aren't likely to start a family any time soon...
