Emilio Estevez has reportedly put his 3,731-square-foot Malibu compound with a micro-winery on the market for $9.995 million, according to RealEstalker.
The actor purchased the 3,731-square-foot home for $2.2 million in April of 2000, and he built a small vineyard on the nearly 1.1 acre grounds which harvests pinot noir vines and produces artisanal wines. The Spanish-style home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and there is also a guesthouse which features a wine tasting room. Bonus!
There are hardwood floors, arched doorways, stained glass and hand-painted frescoes through the home, and in the spacious backyard has a pool and hot tub. A lot of the land has vines and planting beds filled with organically-grown fruits and veggies, but there is still a decent-sized lawn and plenty of room to entertain guests outside.
