Derek Jeter Checks Out $25,000 A Month Pad In New York City

After selling his massive Trump World Tower home for $15.5 million this fall, Derek Jeter is back on the market ... for a rental, anyway.

The Yankees star pitcher recently checked out a 4,000-square-foot duplex in Chelsea, and the five-bedroom, four-bathroom West 20th Street rental is on the market for a whopping $25,000 a month. (While this new pad seems a bit over the top, keep in mind that Jeter's old N.Y.C. abode was 5,425 square feet!)

The pad is “is like a private home on top of a loft building,” according to the NY Post, and over the years the unit has been viewed by other celebrities, including Jude Law and Russell Brand. Sounds like a total bachelor pad!
