Dennis Quaid Brings The Barn To His Back Door In Pacific Palisades

Dennis Quaid may have bought his first Pacific Palisades house for $5,350,000 back in 1999, but it wasn't until 2003 that he finished primary construction on the home, and he's been adding on to it ever since! The home is now said to be worth a whopping $18 million, and it's easy to see why!

This 5,619-square-foot single family home has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, but it's the 91,240-square-foot lot and massive horseback riding arena and stables built behind the home that has us impressed.

Dennis has long been a horse lover so we're not surprised that he'd want his own barn, but this arena is nicer than the rings at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center! Not only are the views amazing, but the fact that the Las Vegas star is just a few steps away from his own private riding facility has us green with envy.
