Debra Messing Lists Bel-Air Mansion For $12 Million

Debra Messing has listed her Bel-Air for $11.995 million, nearly ten years after purchasing the pad from Renee Zellweger for $7 million.

The 6,410-square-foot house was designed by architect Paul R. Williams and built in 1937, and it has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, along with four fireplaces, a den, a bar and a gym. The private master bedroom has his and hers baths and large walk in closets, and there are two additional bedroom suites upstairs. The kitchen connects to the family room and there is an additional wing with guest quarters and offices.

The gated property sits on over a half an acre of land, and in addition to a spacious lawn, there's a sparkling pool and a cabana. Just Smashing!
